Kith + Kin Salon

This was my first time getting my hair cut at a salon in 8 years! I trusted Melissa because I saw her work online and loved the way she cuts layers. The haircut came with a wash, blowout, and a very cool shine treatment! Melissa went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with every single step. She addressed all the questions I had and executed the exact vision that I had for my hair. I am very particular about my hair and certain things and Melissa was very kind, patient, and understanding throughout the process as well as the consultation. I wanted long layers with face framing and she kept my length and managed to add so much dimension without it looking thin! I had such a good experience and plan to have my next hair appointment there in 6 months.

Morgan gave me a great cut and color. Can't compare with previous hairstyles. Looks even better the 2nd day!! I made the right decision in having her style my hair. She is awesome!! Thanks so much, Morgan. Next time I am in Atlanta, I will be making another appointment with her 👍😃

Skylar was amazing, this was my first time in and she made me feel very welcomed. She gave a great consult at the beginning, actively listening to my hair struggles. She was great to talk to and everything came out perfectly. I’ve already booked my next session!

Today was my first visit to Kith and Kin. It exceeded all of my expectations- the staff was super friendly, the salon was nice and relaxing, the shampoo bowls were amazing and I love my haircut! I also really appreciate the welcome card and goodies. All in all, a great experience. It’s so nice to see a family business that cares so much- great job!

Skylar is the absolute best! She makes me feel so comfortable and is a master at her work. I could not recommend her more. The salon is beautiful, comfortable and is such a wonderful environment.

Landry is one of those people who has the gift of gab and can read people well. Her rainbow bangs as she approached me were a sign of our great and lively exchange to come and I truly felt like I got to know her in that short hour or so. I told her ideas I had and basically put myself in her hands as I let her confidence guide my trim and musings about putting color in my hair. She has a great ability to shape the ideas I was spouting off and didn’t make me ever feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. So kind and creative. She’s fantastic.

Melissa is a hair wizard!! I told her to do whatever she wanted to my hair, she FAR surpassed all of my expectations on what I was hoping for! I get compliments constantly and even other hairstylists have stopped me to give her props for the talent and attention to detail she had in making my hair so awesome!

I have been to Skylar a few times, and she’s the best! Extremely personable, and always does a great job! Everyone who works in the salon is very friendly and works to ensure all of your needs are met. I would recommend to anyone in the Sandy Springs area!

I saw Sophia for a gloss and haircut. It’s absolutely perfect! I wanted to keep my length, with more face framing and to lighten some of the weight of my hair. It’s better than I could have imagined! Will definitely be going back for my next haircut!

Graces cut was amazing, but it was really her professionalism and hair knowledge that put the experience over the top for me. Grace took the time to explain the best products for my hair type, and almost read my mind with what my hair needed and what kind of cut I was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. Looking forward to my next cut with her!

What a great find in Sandy Springs. Everyone in the salon was down to earth and super nice. My stylist, Zuri, was very knowledgeable about my thin, blonde hair and made it look the best it has in a while. She was full of tips to continue to keep. the look until our next appointment. What I loved the most was the price, I was paying the double the amount in East Cobb for less service and a lot of pretentiousness. Glad I found this little gem :)

Melissa made me fall in love with my hair again! I came in for a cut and gloss and Melissa completely blew me away. I have curly hair (3B) and wanted some long layers and she killed it! My blow out looks just as good the next day as when I got it. The confidence boost it has given me is priceless. Thank you Melissa!!

Tanner was amazing! Great energy and took the time to understand what I wanted. I’ve spent much more on haircuts at other salons that specialize in curly cuts and have me less satisfied than Tanner’s work.

Landri is precise and accurate, while also being creative and bold. She is highly skilled, incredibly attentive, and an overall joy to be around. I adore everyone at Kith + Kin, it is an amazing salon with amazing people. Thank you for helping me be my hottest self <3

(Side note: I have also worked with Kourtney, who is just as skilled, just as careful, and just as attentive. You can't beat these folks. And they will always be down to consult with you over price beforehand.)

Love it here for my root touch ups you're in good hands at this salon I've sat in Melissa's and Aliza's chair before and they brought my hair back to life and are very knowledgeable of proper hair care it feels and looks great since I've started coming I always leave with beautiful cuts and color
