I just had my hair and makeup trial here for my wedding and I was so happy with the results and the customer service. Abi did my makeup and Kristen did my hair. They were so attentive to detail and took their time to make sure everything was the way I liked. They didn't try to push any products on me and were completely focused on helping my vision become a reality! Can't wait for them to do my wedding!

miss gina and kathy are THE BEST!!! Im leaving for college tomorrow, came in right before they were supposed to close to get a consult, and Gina literally gave me a whole treatment. So accommodating and fun to hang out with! Not to mention she did an amazing job color correcting and cutting my hair!! Thanks y’all💁‍♀💁‍♀

I needed a last minute haircut before my trip and Soussan kindly stayed later to accommodate. She was fantastic! Completely fixed my broken ends and uneven haircut from another hair salon. I highly recommend her!! She’s great for curly hair.

Massi was terrific! My hair was so dead on the ends, she did an amazing job. My hair looks so healthy now and it’s the length I’ve always loved. She did a great job at making sure it was perfectly even as some places just don’t care and you end up having to finish your cut at home.

Lena Gaines is the absolute best hair stylist I have ever been too. She is different than most because she takes time to get to know your needs and what kind of style you want. She takes her time to give you the attention you deserve. In my opinion she should charge more for the excellent quality of service she provides. She goes above and beyond to make you feel special. My hair always looks amazing after I see Lena!! Love her!!!! The staff at Joesph and Friends are professional. I have been to several salons in the area and this place is by far the best!

Wonderful salon! Lena Gaines was magical. She gave my long hair the perfect layers and I could tell that she LOVES doing what she does. The hair wash/scalp massage was so relaxing and I even walked out with a couple of samples. I finally found someone who understands my hair's "personality". She has a new loyal client!

Shanice was so good & I love my hair color I’m going back very soon to do my hair extensions & I’m bringing my daughter Gianna to do the keratin very soon & she also wants a pink color & our hair is both natural she knows what she doing with your hair she’s gentle I almost fall asleep 💜💜💜

I have been a guy who gets the $10 hair cut with a coupon in the mail my whole life. I went to Joseph and Friends about 8 months ago on a whim and haven't looked back. I never experienced such wonderful service from beginning to end. I hadn't until that point ever noticed a difference in my hair and how that made me feel. As silly as that sounds, it's true. I was so happy with what I experienced I have continued to go and see Lena every time I need a hair cut. It's always the way I like it, the service is always far above the minimum and what I expect, and am now a customer for life. I've been recommending friends and will continue to send people to Lena at Joesph and Friends in Sandy Springs.

I just went to JAF for the first time. Erica was my stylist. It was such a wonderful experience! From the shampoo and scalp massage to the haircut and killer blowout, I was impressed. Back in the day I owned a blow dry bar. I can assure this salon is top notch and has a very chill yet professional vibe. I look forward to seeing Erica soon. Thank you Joseph and Friends 😊

Ambreen Dossa is extremely knowledgeable of her work she has a vast experience. She is extremely friendly, she first asked what I wanted and then she suggested the course of action. I was fully satisfied with the change in color and love the new look. I would highly recommend her and Joseph and Friends. They use all Aveda products that are all natural plant based ingredients, no harsh chemicals.

I came here today to cut off around 8 inches of hair, which I hadn't done since middle school (10+ years ago) and I was so pleasantly surprised at the experience! Amy was so helpful & communicative throughout the entire experience! I had so much fun in a situation that would have otherwise been a little scary. She did an incredible job!!!! She's been cutting hair for 15+ years and she is incredibly knowledgable! THANK YOU!!

Amalia was terrific with hair color and cut at the Milton salon. I needed a color correction and she accomplished this goal with amazingly beautiful results. I went to the Sandy Springs location. I went in with frizzy, overgrown hair and no idea what I wanted to do. When I first sat in the chair, Lena said "let's talk about your hair." We spent several minutes talking about what my hair needed and what she thought was best. She communicated effectively and did exactly what she said she was going to do. She also stopped at certain points and used a mirror to make sure I was comfortable with the progress. I'm very happy with the result and will go back!

Have to drive 25 minutes out of my way to get my haircut here but it's so worth it. Ambreen is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She takes the time to examine my hair length, texture, wave, and face shape before giving me suggestions on different cut styles and hair care. She's simply the best!

I absolutely love the people here. My stylist here is someone I am going to use for as long as she will let me. They are still students, but professional students, and work under Joseph's knowledgeable hands. The atmosphere is amazing, and they do everything they can to keep you comfortable.
