North Springs Family Dentistry: Dr. Russell L. Boyd, D.M.D

I typically do not post reviews, but when someone does something great, they deserve recognition. I visited Dr. Boyd's office yesterday morning to address a crown that came off, but I left it at home, thinking he would replace it with another. They politely rescheduled me to come back in the afternoon with the crown so they could look at it to determine if it could be reused. After I willingly agreed to replace the crown with a new one, Dr. Boyd said, "We can clean this one up like new and save you $1500.00." Who does that? Well, Dr. Boyd did. After doing his magic, he cleaned my crown like new, examined and cleaned my tooth, and then sealed and put the crown back in. He is a true professional and master of his craft. Thank you, Dr. Boyd! This is a premier dental practice. I am disabled and there is a private access from the parking lot. The space is spacious, very clean and bright. The waiting area is very hospitable and comfortable. Comparable to private sitting room. The staff is ultimately professional. The receptionist, Lori, is a marvel. Grace under pressure. There is not the slightest negative to express

Receptionist Laurie and hygienist Penny provide outstanding competence as support staff to dentist Dr. Boyd, whose conservative approach to dental care makes makes the best care for the patient a priority.

Always a pleasant experience going to Dr. Boyd! From the moment you check in with Laurie to either getting your teeth cleaned or seeing Dr. Boyd, everyone there is professional and very friendly. I’ve been going to see Dr. Boyd for 16 years….he’s top shelf in my book!!!

I was a patient here three locations ago, and before Dr. Boyd took over the practice and am still here. Staff has always been great over the years and I have never had a bad experience. Also, everyone seems to enjoy working here which must indicate something.

I started my teeth cleaning and checkup here in 2022. Both Dr. Boyd and his staff are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and nice people. Their professionalism, the patience and care they have shown to me made each of my visits there very satisfactory and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Dr Boyd is very knowledgeable dentist and caring at the same time. He patiently listen and address your complaint. His whole office so very punctual and helpful. He is our family dentist since many years. I would highly recommend him.

This has got to be the best dental office I've been to. The hygienist was wonderful. She was very gentle and explained everything she was doing. She kept checking to make sure I was comfortable and ok. She's just a very pleasant person. Dr. Boyd was very pleasant and took his time to explain any concerns he had. And Lauri the office person is phenomenal. I highly recommend this place. They're fantastic.

You feel as if your family and their personal touch in knowing their patients is to be commended. I was able to get in last minute with problem visit and Dr Boyd fixed my issue with ease! I have been a patient of Dr. Boyd’s since moving to Atlanta in 2000. I highly recommend Dr. Boyd. I have referred others to him because he is very thorough, he has a nice personality, and his office staff is so sweet and accommodating. I absolutely love FeFe who is the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. I love the crisp, clean, cool feeling on my teeth when I leave her chair. I always receive compliments on my smile!

Great experience! I can always count on Dr. Boyd and his office being honest about any work that needs, or doesn't need to be done, and the quality of work done is excellent. I highly recommend their practice. The entire staff is fantastic!

Dr. Boyd is by far the BEST dentist. I don’t mind making the 45min drive knowing that I will see someone that is HONEST and PROFESSIONAL.

I was so pleased to see all the special precautions in place, even the call I needed to wait for in my car( only 2 minutes), when I arrived for my appointment. Lauri, at the front desk, is so friendly and I received very good & thorough advice & treatment from my hygienist( from behind 3 coverings)!

I highly recommended to get regular cleaning at Dr. Boyd’s office, staffs are super friendly and professional as I’m part of the family, ask for Veve the dental hygienist she makes sure you’re comfortable on her chair on the top of that she’s SUPER GENTLE honestly I’m not a big fan of dental visit’s due to many traumatic experienced with other dental visits, generally I would choose pediatric dentist, however Veve made things at ease 👏🏻🙏🏻❤
