Hear me out people don't go for the banana in the tail pipe, because all lawyers aren't the same I know now. I would have came out better representing my own self pro'se. I am a black man that wasn't treated unfair by attorney Mark Thomas on my personal injury case. Avoid attorney Mark Thomas. I been known attorney Mark Thomas for over 10 years now, and this isn't the way how you treat a client or any other person to just making lawyer Mark Thomas pockets fat. I bet lawyer Mark Thomas wouldn't treat none of his immediate family members like a wild animal of some kind. I had a case that attorney Mark Thomas handle with a passenger in the car with me, and we both got injured real bad. Attorney Thomas didn’t honor his contract for my high
speed police car chase that didn’t have anything to do with me & my PASSENGER. I call attorney Mark & ask him plain as day was he going after all the parties known & unknown in my case including the police & his answer was yes. The next day or so attorney Mark Thomas sent his private investigator (Mr. Fox) to my house to sign a contract for my high speed police car chase. Attorney Mark Thomas & I had a face to face meeting in his office when he got brand new on me stating that was only going after the car insurance policy limits & not going after the police like he said before I sign that contract. Attorney mark thomas went on & settled my case & lawyer Mark thomas told me that he would help me get another lawyer to go after the police which was another LIE told to me. I wasn't represented correctly on my case & I had to get another attorney myself to finish up the job that I already paided attorney Thomas for to handle my entire case including going after the police as well. Attorney Thomas fees are almost 40% to handle a personal injury & I spoke to Attorney Thomas on why his fees are so high an his reply was that he has to feed his family. He think he has all the since in the world & I figure he thinks that his clients don't have a family to feed as well. Attorney Thomas is all for himself. Second of all I got a $5 gift card for a refs fee for the client I sent to his firm. I can by my own cup of coffee from Starbucks. This isn't how you treat a long time client for any ref fee's. I ask attorney Mark Thomas on how much was my ref fee, and attorney Thomas replied that every case was on a case by case basic. I never got the most recent ref fee from attorney Thomas. I was ref by some real deal attorneys which is Hogan lawyer firm that are real lawyers that care about their clients & they don't play no types of games like attorney MarkThomas plays. I got put up under the bus by attorney Mark Thomas. I'm not a all forself type person in no kinda way. I'm just giving y'all the heads up so, y'all want get trick and put up under the bus by attorney MarkThomas like he did me.

AVOID this attorney and his colleagues (anyone he refers your case to in order to prepare for court - especially Schnyder). His design is to rack up court/attorney's fees on the front end and never go to court FOR you. He will not fight for you, and will stand front of a judge and lie against you (yes, the client he is representing). You can see from the breakdown attached who won in my case. You've been warned.
