T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I am here to give Jerrod and Zack their flowers. These young men went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted at an affordable price. Not only that; when other customers came into the store, they acknowledged them and multitasked to make sure the new coming customer wasn't waiting long periods of time to be serviced. Since I was establishing service, my visit was longer than everyone else's which gave me the chance to observe how they managed a busy store. These men did the damn thing!!!! (respectfully) I also want to give an honorable mention to David, who was able to magically transfer an elderly man's information from a flip phone to a new upgraded device. These men made magic yesterday!!! Give them all raises, bonuses and promotions!!!!!!

Had an enjoyable experience at this location. I was coming in to get a new phone as my old one had finally kicked the bucket and received assistance from Melissa. They were very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and concerns about transferring all of my data and understanding the specs of the phone I wanted; it was my first time switching devices on my own so it was nervewracking trying to get all the details and answers I needed! Everything went well and I am still very happy with my new phone and am grateful to Melissa for the help!

Great experience at this store. Veronica assisted us in upgrading to new iPhones as well as adding a line and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Offered us chairs while we were waiting, very patient while we were on the phone with Verizon, even helped apply our screen protectors and cases. Seamless visit, props to Veronica and all the staff.

First the staff in general was very welcoming. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted. Jay was very helpful. He walked us through our upgrade options and made sure we were satisfied with the options we chose. He did this for all 4 of my family members. It was one of the best experiences we have had at a T-mobile location. A huge thanks to the entire staff!❤

I went into the T-Mobile store to exchange a phone I purchased two days prior. The initial visit had not gone well. The same representative was asked to help me. I was once again subjected to the same negative verbiage--the phone is too old to transfer anything more than contacts and pictures; there is too much stuff on it! The security guard, George, was consulted several times. He answered each question with instructions and solutions. When the representative stepped away, I asked George if he could just help him with my issue. Upon hearing that, the representative never returned to me, which was a blessing! I explained to George that I had spent roughly five hours in the store on my initial visit, only to leave with an incomplete transaction and the phone in my hand--I had to ask for a bag!
George inspected my old phone and calmly assured me that my information would be transferred. He greeted and acknowledged each customer as the transfer process took place.
George is very knowledgeable about technology, the product in the store, and people. Even more important, he is patient, calm, and respectful. He was able to calm a bad situation, solve my cell phone issue, and create a healthy experience. George is truly an asset to this establishment.

Thanks to Tee I enjoyed my time in there she made sure I was comfortable! She made sure I understood everything clearly and moved efficiently ! I will definitely be recommending T-Mobile from now on❤

Jarrod & Darius were awesome. Their customer service skills are excellent. They actually listen and made sure I got the help I needed with unlocking my phone. It took awhile but they were very patient with me. All in all I really appreciate you guys and this store.

I want to thank T*Mobile Cascade Road, Atlanta GA location Customer Care Service Representative (Carl) for his superb customer service! 😃 He was knowledgeable on all phones and service options! I want to commend Branden and Zaria for their excellent customer service today. As a senior citizen, I came in to take advantage of your Exclusive 55+ plan. They walked me through each step and took time to show me how to save. Each $ is important to seniors on fixed incomes! Their attitudes and concern was beyond the call of duty. I am proud to be a part of the T-Mobile family and look forward to dealing with them in the future!

The T-Mobile store on Cascade Road is the ONLY T-Mobile store that I'll go to. The associates there are soooooo kind, understanding, patient, mindful of your time while waiting ( which isn't very long) and provide information so one can make a sound decision about the products and services offered by T-Mobile. I live closer to another T-Mobile store on Camp Creek Parkway...went to that store a couple of times...and everytime received very poor service. Discovered the T-Mobile store on Cascade Road after a terrible experience at the one on Camp Creek and have never looked back. If you want GREAT service from a cell phone company, try the T-Mobile store on Cascade Road.

Mr. Izaiah had gone home for the day and came back after getting off to make sure that my very huge issue was taken seriously and stayed until it was completed... His staff especially the young lady from the islands were so attentive and sensitive to my plight. I truly appreciate all they did in tandem with the customer service on the phone to get me back up and running. They were amazing😍😍

O'Neil is an excellent customer servant quite knowledgeable of the latest & greatest tech gizmos. As a long time T-Mobile customer, he was great multi-tasking while pleasing all the store customers, including me. He deserves a raise!

I read the reviews on this location before coming and the negative reviews has to be old. The two gentlemen were very professional and have great personalities. I purchase two iPhones and it was easy breezy

Isaiah, Melissa and the whole team was very helpful. I suggest doing everything with them in store and do not call for anything.

Employee oneal gave me excellent customer service. My mobile data from my new phone was not working, employee oneal did everything to fix the problem, I appreciate him, we need more employees like him!!
