Every time my husband and I visit the salon, we have a wonderful experience. The nail technicians are experts in their craft. They strive to perfect their work with artistry. While there, we engage in fun conversations. When my husband and I leave we are relaxed and relieved of stress. We always look forward to future visits.

My 91 year old mom was in town and had a pedicure. She has significant foot issues. She said that the pedicure was wonderful and that the staff could not have been more accommodating. The facility is spotlessly clean and the price seemed really fair. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love coming here. This is my regular nail spot. Caitlyn is nothing short of amazing. She always gives me exactly what I’m looking for.

been here twice, first time was for men's organic mani&pedi combo. One of the best I have ever had. Vicky is awesome by the way and entertaining. Second time was for a mani and got more color for my nails and I enjoyed myself again. Planning on going back soon. Got to take care of myself.

I love love this place! I never have to wait for my appointment as she always runs on time and Caitlyn always gets my nails on point and looking really nice. She is also very personable and it’s just a fun time getting my nails done here. I travel all the way from Buckhead to get my nails done here. That’s just how good she is. She can be pretty flexible to get me in when I need to. I constantly get compliments on my nails. Caitlyn takes a lot of pride in her work and based on what I’ve observed with her clients, she always wants to make sure that you are satisfied with your service. I also love the cleanliness of the place! Prices are also very reasonable!

I made an appointment for myself and 6 other girls for our first stop on our "bachelorette day" in Norcross. Caitlin was very responsive in helping us schedule the appointment and ensured everything was ready for when we arrived. The salon is very clean and modern. We got manicures (regular, gel, and sos) & pedicures - and were all very pleased with the results. We also got out on time for our next reservation at the Ivy Tea House (short walk down the road) - I highly recommend both businesses and spending the day in downtown Norcross! The bride was very happy - success!!

Visiting from Los Angeles, CA, and I called the spa to see if they could fit me into their schedule for the day. The were able to accommodate my needs, and I received the most amazing Pedicure from Nicole. I highly recommend this Spa if you’re in town. The treatment is amazing, and they can provide what you are asking and/or looking for.

I love them and this my first time coming and I love how they did my nails and toes and they are very detail and I love that and their nice and they give you wine and they make your nails look sexy

Lovely place! So calming and relaxing and the staff is warm and friendly. Just had a basic pedi for my first time here but I will definitely be back to try out more services. Beautiful job on my feet and the massage was exceptional!

It's always a pleasant experience when I visit Nail and Beauty Spa in Norcross. Friendly staff and owner. Beverage offerings include water, tea and wine. Walk ins are welcome but I recommend making an appointment.

Kaitlyn (I think was her name) did my nails. She removed a very thick set of SNS that were pretty bad, and did a new set of pink SNS nails in place. They turned out beautiful! She even took the time to go back over tiny mis-haps towards the end to ensure they were all evenly covered. 10/10 experience

I've been coming to this nail salon since November 2021 and I've consistently received excellent service. They've even accommodated me last minute with no appointment. My gel/acrylic lasts longer than the standard 2 weeks or less like I've experienced at other nail salons in 4 counties. And my nails have been stronger since getting my nails done here. I've recommended this salon with excellent feedback post service. The ladies are extremely friendly and will go above to deliver excellent service.
