Kool Smiles Dentist

This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist. The women who greeted us at the front desk we're very professional. The lobby was clean the play area was nice for the kids. The staff made my daughter feel welcome and happy. They made me feel at ease. Sierra was especially awesome with my daughter. Every child was happy and smiling. They made everyone feel comfortable. I'm very grateful I found this place for my daughter and I look forward to her next appointment.

This was my first visit with my 3 year old son who is very active and can be a bit impatient and scared of Doctor’s offices but I must say that they staff made sure that he was comfortable with procedures instead of treating my son like just another number. Ashleigh and Lekreshia are two awesome young women that you know actuality care about their job and even better their little patients. Thank you ladies you made this visit very comfortable and pleasant for my son and I!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Appointment was at 1, arrived by 1230 just to fill out forms since it was our first time. Forms are pretty much half filled out by front receptionist (both who were absolute darlings).

We were called in by 110, every worker is absolutely sweet and they greet you and smile as they’re passing by you. The cleaning is actually interesting, it is an open room with 8 chairs and they make the parent stand to the side which is a great idea because it kind of leaves the kids with the hygienists and lets them be more independent.

My daughter was sat, examined, had x-rays and then had a cleaning. Dr. Brown did come by before hand to speak with me about any concerns. After cleaning was done she came over again and advised that she would be doing some work on my daughter and the dental assistant Kim took us to a room in the back.

Clean, open, and very spacious office. They even have a blanket in the room since it tends to be cold. My daughter had to get some work done and always freaks out. Dr. Kim immediately suggested laughing gas and it literally worked wonders! My daughter was a gem through the process and Kim and Dr. Brown were amazing talking to her and reassuring her the whole time.

There was no judgement from the dentist, no grilling questions asking why my kid had a couple of cavities. They booked the next two appointments on the spot. My daughter walked away with goodies and a smile on her face and couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved this dentists office.

Honestly, your office is awesome full of amazing staff. We will always come back and always recommend.

I was very pleased with first the professional staff and outstanding customer service at Kool Smiles. Also, the wait for my children was very short before seeing the health care providers. Follow up appointments were set quickly and easily. Just an overall pleasant experience. Keep up the excellent work. P.S. I love the 5 o clock appointment time; the children didn't have to miss any school and I didn't miss a lot of work.

I experienced excellent service at the front desk from Veronica. The dental hygienist (Takeyla) was exceptionally good and fast I can tell that she is a professional that cares about her patients. My grand daughter had x-ray taken by Angel, she was good as well. I had a pleasant experience today. Thank you Kool Smile.

My dentist appointment was magnificent today. The staff was wonderful and very respectful. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted with a warm welcome. My hygienist Mrs. Takeyla Gray was phenomenal, she took care of me from the start and I felt very well having her as my hygienist. Overall the staff was very kind and caring about their patients I would definitely recommend this location to another person.

I asked the assistant how long it would take she told me 45 minutes to an hour both came out before then. The assistant came out and found me and asked how long did it take I told her 30 minutes. She is very fast paced it didn't take much time. The facility is clean Mayra greeted me in such kindly manner. Even though we was early we finished early as well. Keep up the good work quannesha her tone2 of voice is awesome and the way she breaks everything down is even better. Thanks for the job well done on my kids.

Ernecia was GREAT!!! She is the sweetest and very understanding! I was in a great deal of pain along with running a few mins late and she did everything in her power to assure I was seen! The 1st person of contact always sets the tone of the visit and she was great!! The entire staff was really sweet & professional!!!! Thanks Send via & Thanks Kool Smiles!!!

Great experience, timely manner. All 5 of my kids had different appointment times all was seen at the same time. Q was very nice and polite she broke everything down to me as far as what's getting done today and what needs to be done on their next appointment. She explained the importance and how they need to come back before the 6 months cleaning for procedure.

I would like to Thank Ernecia for making sure my son was seen today he was in so much pain and she went above and beyond to make sure he was seen. Thank you again. I really appreciate your great customer service. You are the best... And she is absolutely adorable! I will definitely be a lasting client me and my family.

Overall I am satisfied with the service my daughters received. The Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. My Daughter's was happy and smiling, to me that's all that matters.. I would recommend to family and friends!!

They were great! Quick and very nice and polite. Cordale was very explanatory and is a excellent employee. He was very concerned of the health history and made it known so that my children don't have future problems. " NOW THAT IS A PERSON THAT ENJOYS THEIR JOB AND NOT JUST WANT TO WORK FOR THE MONEY"....My boys enjoyed this place. BRAVO AND 5 STARS FOR SERVICE!!!!!

Ms. Kim and Dr. Muigai are amazing. I had my autistic son with me so I had to stay in the lobby with him instead of going back with my 3 year old daughter. I was so nervous and scared for her, but Ms. Kim was so comforting and reassured me that she would be fine and my daughter found comfort as well. My daughter did extremely well for the procedure she was having done.

Shannon is awesome. She really loves her job! My daughter had to have a small procedure and she really put my mind at ease! She understood my concerns and even pulled me to the side to clam my nerves lol. Thanks again

From the receptionist to the back it was awesome. Dr brown seen my kids got them in and out. Q and ciera excellent assistants. Office is clean. Q made sure my child treatment was cleaning. Oral surgeon seen my daughter as well. Adults and children are recommended. No wait time. My child prescription was sent before we left. T was very sweet. Thanks to the entire team. Ernecia helped me scheduling.

I had the pleasure of being taken care of by I wonderful staff from the wonderful Mayra, Shawn and Dr. M. Mayra whom tirelessly for weeks helped me fix issues w/ my insurance company. She was very patient, empathetic and extremely Professional with me from our first encounter. The Office manager even took time out of her day to speak with me and see if I was satisfied with my visit. ETERNALLY GRATEFUL

This location was awesome!! The receptionist was pleasant and made me and my daughter feel welcomed! My daughter enjoyed her cleaning and was excited about scheduling another appointment. I don't usually leave ratings but we are a former military family and to find good providers is important to us. I would recommend this location to any family looking for a great dentistry 😊

Ashleigh the DA was very helpfully at assisting my son and I with his appointment. She provided me with some great service. Also Ernecia the PC was great at rescheduling his appointment with a time that work for me.

Having a new dentist in a new city can be a bit overwhelming but the staff at Kool Smiles made the experience an awesome one. Thanks to the Takeyla the hygienist for taking great care of my little lady. Also, Kim and Ashleigh the assistant for being warm and friendly.

I love, love, love Kim. My daughter has autism and doesn't like the dentist. She let us know from the beginning that she didn't want to b there. She gives us the hardest time every visit, but Kim never gets frustrated, or impatient like other places I've been. She tries to keep my baby as happy and calm as she can. I don't know how much she makes but this lady needs a raise. Jamal and Dr. Muigai were also very helpful.
