Fitness Quest Auburn

I’ve actively gone to this gym for about 3 years now. I would highly recommend it to all levels of entry, whether you’re experienced with the gym, or perhaps someone new looking to learn the ropes. The gym is very family friendly, and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

The gym is always clean, has an upbeat vibe, and promotes a comfortable environment. Plus, it’s more affordable than most. I would highly recommend this gym.

Been coming to Fitness Quest for the past couple of years and I love it here. The space is big, the machines are always clean and up to date, and the employees are so kind and friendly. The overall energy with all the members is also great. Making friends here is very easy. Really fun place to be! I would highly recommend this gym to most people.

Love this gym due to having all the things you need! Plus there’s so many so you don’t have to wait too long to use everything. Ari and Aaron who helped me check in were great. They are fast to get you checked in and helpful when I had questions.

I am giving these 5 stars to Reina the female trainer there. She has such great energy and makes me feel comfortable in my skin. no pressure or criticism. shes helpful with ideas and solutions that are built for me and that is awesome! I wish there was more female trainers like her, because I know that not all woman want a male trainer. woman trainers are needed!!!

I was amazed with Fitness quest from the get go. Awesome equipment, many free weights and dumbbells. A lot of trainers to help you where you want to go in your fitness goals. Very nice, welcoming atmosphere. The owner Tommy is very friendly and willing to take care of your needs.

Fitness Quest of Auburn is a great gym! The atmosphere and vibes are everything! I have a personal trainer and he is one of the greatest personal trainers I’ve ever trained with Tommy ur a beast!! I mean best!!!😊

I've been going to this gym since it had been opened and Tommy Yu had helped me a lot with my nutrition and with my workouts. His workouts are very good. He is the best trainer I've ever had.

Auburn Fitness Quest is a great gym. The staff is very friendly, especially Tommy, the owner. The equip are maintained really well and the whole place is well ventilated

This is my kind of place trainers are full of useful suggestions most of the patrons are easy to get along with probably the biggest downfall is the restroom and shower are pretty tiny

Recently joined. Love doing all the MMA classes and all the other things offered. Tommy was a huge help, spencer as well!

Tommy has set me up since day one, great guy and overall great atmosphere at the gym!

Fitness Quest is a great gym. You get your money's worth. I drive from federal way to get their wroth the 20 minute drive. Has very good personnel trainers if you want to do personal training. Their need to be more locations for Fitness Quest

This is an awesome gym. I started coming here at the end of the summer and fell in love with this place. I’m a “plus size” female so starting at a new gym is always intimidating . That wasn’t really the case here. The moment you walk in you’re welcomed in by some of the nicest front desk people I’ve ever met. The trainers are really dedicated to in helping you reach your goals and are just super encouraging. Plus the facility is clean and has some good equipment. Overall this gym is amazing and my favorite by far! Ten outta ten recommend!!!

Overall a great gym. The equipment is new and plentiful, you will not struggle to find a free cardio machine or free weights. The staff is great and welcoming.
I've been working with Brodie since October and I never want to train with anyone else. He is extremely dedicated to his clients, knowledgeable, funny and overall an amazing human being. I worked with another trainer at a different gym for the majority of 2021, but did not see the changes in my body that I've seen in the last few months from working with Brodie.
