Apple Montgomery Mall

I went to the Apple Store over the weekend because my phone kept shutting off and I needed a new battery. I arrived early for my appointment and was immediately helped by Milli! He was extremely polite and helpful! Literally have no idea what the bad reviews are here for!

my friend bought a phone here yesterday and we have to give a shout out to Marianna. she was so sweet and helpful, best customer service ever. made her day (to the point where I also got to hear how wonderful she was yesterday)

We arrived 20 minutes prior to our appointment, and were told that we can only check in 10 minutes ahead. We waited on chairs outside the store, and walked in again 10 minutes later. After checking in, we waited for another 5 also minutes on some lower cubes. Then, the technician was able to quickly identify the hardware problems, and provided a list of recommendations.

The Apple Store is as most of the other Apple stores are. It’s spread out and has claaaes in the back with Apple advisors selling stuff and asking questions if they can help. Nothing spectacular but all business. I go here more often than Chevy chase / Bethesda store as parking is easier and getting to it also easier.

The store itself I give ZERO stars, but these FIVE stars are for ALEXA who went above and beyond today. She took her time to answer all of my and my dad's questions and gave detailed information on all the products we asked her about and then some. I've been coming here at least twice a year for the past couple of years and never have I received such great service. Thank you again, Alexa!

PS: I think many of the staff here need more training on how to deal with customers because many of them always seem to be in a bad mood. Weird.

Always busy but depending on the day, the staff can be helpful. I have had a number of my iDevices serviced here.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The only problem is that they are always busy and if you're walking in for tech support, it'll take some time before they can assist you.
It's amazing how many Apple users have so many issues with their devices. I don't see a Samsung store with that many people with device issues anywhere 🤣🤣

I had many issues the last few times I have been in there and the staff for the most part needs to learn how to learn basic customer service skills. The 5 stars is for Gordon, one of the managers and Rasheed, who was awesome and got me in and out in 5 minutes vs the last 3 visits leaving without anything getting done. Thanks G and R!

I’m not sure I could get more impressed with my experience today, picking up a new iPhone. Timely, professional, painless. I’m a cellphone repair tech myself so I’ve put countless screen covers on phones but I let them handle it right in front of my eyes with their frame assisted gadget thingy. (Highly technical term). I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Bravo

I stopped by Sunday afternoon for a battery replacement appointment I made on line through the iPhone battery section. The appointment genius was easy and convenient to use. There was a line already when I arrived and people were waiting for the store to open. Once it was open, we all went in quickly. Some reps came out to the line to check what people were there for to expedite the process. Once I was in the store, someone greeted me and sent me to the back of the store where about 5 minutes later I was greeted with another rep who explained the battery replacement service and checked me in. I was surprised it would take about an hour. But thinking they had other works to do and they needed to diagnose and check the phone, and there were so many people in the crowded store on a Sunday afternoon, an hour was reasonable. My phone is working really well now and I am happy with the service.

I had the best buying experience last night at this Apple story in Montgomery Mall. I came in just after 7 pm and wanted to buy a Macbook 14" and then do some trade-ins too. Since they closed at 8 pm the first rep was hesitant about being able to help me. Then the manager, Taundra, said - (with a wonderful smile) ... absolutely, we'll help you. That was great! She had Nicole, a sales rep, help me out and she had the same positive, warm attitude ... always saying, no problem, we'll take of you. She was also wonderful. Since it was getting close to closing she asked Ana to help. And, again, Ana was also very warm, welcoming and did whatever it took to help! Finally, Luis came over to help with wiping the data off of the trade-ins. And, he also had that same positive, warm welcome attitude -- with a smile! Four people were helping to make it happen ... and not once did they ever rush me - even though I felt bad about getting there so late due to my work schedule. But, it was absolutely the best purchase experience in an Apple store!! Definitely highly recommend them! Thank you everyone - Dan

Montgomery Mall is an exciting, fun and bustling shopping center where it is very easy to find the store you’re looking for.
In my case it was the Apple store Montgomery Mall where I bought an iPad Air 3. The experience at Apple store was immersive and busy and I was booted up and ready to go in an hour.
The food court at Montgomery is also great. I look forward to my next trip to the Mall.

I went to the Apple Store to get my Mac fixed and I received the greatest assistance. Scott, my technician, was a life saver. He was super nice, reassuring, and patient. He helped me tremendously!! He is very good at his job and solved my issues effortlessly. I would highly recommend him as a technician!!!

Had an appointment and a great experience. After reading some of the reviews, I was nervous about dealing with this store. My issue was a repair to an ipad. I scheduled an appointment to meet with a genius person, showed up a few minutes early and was out of there one minute after my prescheduled time. It was easy and great service.

Had a very good first impression of this Apple Store location. Ray was amazing very knowledgeable and very pleasant got the problem with my phone fixed. There’s should be more people working in Apple Stores just like him. ☺

Today we went to get Apple support and we worked with Milli, an excellent person not just in knowledge but also in human touch, empathy and understanding. Technical support can be given by many, but to find someone to go beyond that and provide help caring for the other person is refreshing to find.
