The Home Depot

Placed an order online for the in-store pickup. After one hour, received a text notification. After another half hour, received pickup ready email. The parking lots were nearly full on Saturday afternoon. My order did not fit into a Order Pickup Lockers located on the right hand side of the entrance, so waited at the Customer Service Desks for a few minutes. A staff m pushed my cart and loaded my order items.

The thing about this home depot, it's that it offers a lot of discounts pretty much all the time, and they have everything you look for.
Simply, not like other!

1st She kept following me around the whole store. Creep. 2nd i swear she’s a racist or something. 3rd she threatened to box me outside the store after hours 🫢 ……….10/10 will come back

The staff is amazing at this location. I had an issue with a product and employee Ayesha went above and beyond to resolve the issue and replace a faulty tool. I appreciate everything they have done.

My roommate and I came in looking for lumber to build a bench for our living room. Pedro, the manager was extremely helpful in recommending what the best type of quality lumber we should use while remaining in our budget. JoJo, a crew member, was a life saver. He basically helped us build out the project with him right there in the store. From cutting the wood to figuring out which type of bolts and braces to use, he answered all of our questions. We walked in looking to build some additional seating on a budget and came out with a piece of furniture that has a great story behind it. Thank you to JoJo and Pedro and the other team members who stopped by to walk us through our plans and just chat. Honestly, the best Home Depot we've ever visited.

This place is absolutely amazing. I order a lot of electrical supplies for myself and my family as I like to work with electricity.

Andre helped me to find right boxe! He deserves a high fidelity!!!

You can get everything related to your home here . From bulbs, plants, bathroom fittings, roofing material, kitchen, small appliances, cleaning stuff. Etc etc.

I had an experience here last week that was not a good one at all BUT Colin, the store director was so quick to jump on it and go way above and beyond to rectify the situation. Within 5 minutes of me alerting HD about my experience, Colin called and immediately diffused the situation Furthermore, he asked me to come by the store when he was there and he was extremely generous with his response to a situation that was very upsetting to me.!! He took time to listen to the issue and was genuine with his response. I truly appreciate his attention to this matter and I hope someone from Corporate sees this because they need more people like Colin running their stores. Thanks again Colin from turning one of the worst customer service experiences into the best one I have ever had!!!!!

Last year i bought a lighted Xmas tree from Home Depot. A few days later a new dog we had adopted had chewed the lights on the bottom section knocking out these lights. My wife was extremely disappointed as our grandchildren who we had not seen for nearly a year were coming Xmas day.
I reached out to customer service to see if i could purchase a lower section rather than a whole new tree. They took my details and said they would call back. Had heard that story before and did not hold out much hope. 4 days later i did receive a call asking for more details and a photo. Again they said they would get back to me. I heard nothing for a week and then waiting at our garage door was an entire new tree. I have NEVER received service like this. That a company as large as Hime Depot can show such incredible customer service is absolutely amazing.

I had a much better experience at this home depot than any I have been to previously. 2 different employees actually asked me if I needed help finding anything when I looked lost(I don't like asking for help because I'm stubborn like that...). Checkout was fast and easy, and they were taking Covid seriously.

Carlos over in paint helped me immensely w/ giving me honest to God recommendations on the more appropriate wood stain for long lasting protection from the elements. Sat there and answered all my questions concisely but w/ all necessary details.
He was very patient and helpful; provided top-notch customer service. I haven’t had service this good sine, well an immemorial occurrence.

Stopped by for a shelving unit project for my friends condo. They had everything needed in stock and only three miles away. I wish I knew the tall male employee with a beard in the self checkout isle on Friday, March 25. Single handedly the nicest employee I’ve ever met at ANY store. He saw my girlfriend and I working together scanning items and loading the cart. He said how wonderful it was that we were working as a team and had no issues. He was truly a positive employee and you could tell he loved his job. Hats off to Home Deport for cultivating that experience! Made my GF and I’s evening! We then stopped back by on Saturday morning for additional supplies and again commented about that gentlemen and how nice he was. Awesome work Home Depot!

Store itself is good. Well staffed and helpful. Parking is the sore spot. It's a small lot and the foot traffic at the front grinds the car traffic to a halt. If it is busy, drive straight to the back of the lot and then see how far forward you get - don't drive to the front first and slow everything down. Please.

After a really bad experience at the Shady Grove location, I drove to Bethesda with low expectations, but wow! The best customer service ever!

Abby noticed my frustration and stress, but she was able to change everything with her kindnesses and attention.

My friend, who was visiting from Ireland, bought a new set of kitchen taps for her kitchen renovation.

Home Depot at 8 am on a Monday was the perfect time to shop for a new range. The saleswoman in kitchen appliances was great, efficient and helpful. She gave us tips of how to check out the new range when it arrives. Best experience at Home Depot ever.

I received great service from Marc V., Department Leader in the Electronic and Plumbing Department.

Spencer is awesome. He is friendly and always help me find what I need. He goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of ! Also, Neekah assisted me with a few things and when I asked for an item, she walked me over to the aisle find it. That is a rarity here or most big box stores these days. I really appreciate the customer service exhibited by these 2 employees. By far the best service I have ever received here! I hope they are recognized. I want to add Gwladys to this as well. She was great assisting me with a very unique product that was extremely hard to find! Thank you Gwladys! Also, Carl is always extremely helpful. He knows everything! Darain was great too!
