Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent cars often and have tried multiple agencies but I'm always so impressed by the professionalism and level of service I receive at enterprise. I recently rented a car from this location and had a fantastic experience. Agent Zayda was super helpful and professional. My car was stilling getting washed when I arrived, but they got it sorted quickly. The car was fresh and clean and they even left extra disinfectant wipes in the car. The staff was friendly and made everything easy. I highly recommend this location for a smooth and stress-free rental experience.

Kelvin - This person who works here is exceptional in terms of service. Very well spoken and kind, takes good care of customer and would go out of his way in helping them and getting smooth check in and check out your car rentals.

Overall a great experience, especially as we were driving 6 hours each way to a funeral and back.

Reserved a car online on Sunday when the office was closed. Received a voicemail from the office about the reservation on Monday and I followed up with the office on Tuesday. They explained all charges and deposits before I arrived for pickup so there were no $ surprises.

Joseph at the Enterprise office walked us through the agreement and any optional items/charges before we left. We returned the car a day early (which I confirmed beforehand) and our rental price was adjusted for brother vehicle back a day early.

The Enterprise at Courtland had excellent customer service amongst all staff. I worked with Kelz and he aided me in getting my rental quickly and provided information about the city. I would recommend this location for your rental needs.

Always friendly staff. I've been using them for the past 3 years. I usually select the "You pick - we choose" option for best rates -- and usually they provide me with a choice of SUVs that they know I like -- at the discounted rate. Not always -- sometimes stuck with an economy smaller car -- but they usually do what they can to accommodate me. I'll always use BH Enterprise.

Great, friendly, and efficient service. They make the car rental process very transparent and hassle-free compared to other companies. Would highly recommend if you're looking to rent a car in the Midtown Atlanta area.

Joseph, the person assigned to us, was helpful in setting up my phone synced to the car's GPS screen. The office manager was very helpful as well.

I missed my flight from atl to NC because I was sick. I had to rent a car to drive home. The folks at the location were very helpful and friendly. I feel like they went out of there way to help me out in this situation I was in. These employees need a raise! Thank you!

The agent that took care of my reservation when I picked up the car was pleasant, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I was very pleased that I had the same young lady when I returned the car. I hope I will have good experience with any enterprise agent.

Eddie & Kel (the assistant manager) were literally the best and made my first experience with Enterprise so great! They helped me out a lot and their customer service made me feel taken cared of. This is the only enterprise I go too. Every time I go I am treated with the upmost respect. The workers are phenomenal.

Pro tip, if you have a secondary driver you must use your credit card, digital credit cards cannot be used.

I reserved a car from Enterprise a day before needing it because earlier on the previous day Budget had an unacceptable long line that would've taken 2 - 3 hours. The prices were competitive, no line and the agent Kels was unbelievably nice and informative. It was nice to go frim a horrible experience with Budget to a superb experience with Kels and Enterprise!

The best and friendliest customer service around. I have rented from a few different car hire companies in the last while and this is the best experience by far. If I could give 10 stars I would. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I specifically dealt with Courtney and she has been going out of her way to accomodate my questions and concerns and make sure we got the vehicle super fast at 8am in the morning. I have been back twice to renew and return the car and I can't say thanks enough for this STAR in your company. So friendly and efficient and professional. I also dealt with Joy and she was just as friendly..
Thanks to the wonderful service from this branch I would recommend them to anyone and especially any employer, they are doing a great job.

Noah was working solo and had about 10 customers at closing today (6/11/2022). I can’t say enough great things about his professionalism and courteous demeanor even in a stressful situation. I’m sure he wanted to get out and go home, but he was so nice to everyone. This man deserves a raise for being there by himself and handling everything with such Grace.

The best car rental location we’ve ever been to!

Every team member from Andrew to Kelvin to Zayda was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient.

It’s obvious Joya’s leadership set a positive tone and created a wonderful dynamic we were fortunate enough to experience!

The team handled an extremely hectic day with grace! A few weeks ago there were no cars available (not their fault-everyone was out of cars) through frustrated customers and issues far out of their control. Even when returning the vehicle today, the team remembered who I was, and were so kind! Thank you guys for a great rental experience <3
