Dr. Shin was very thorough and works quickly! He did an amazing job and saved me tons of pain and discomfort! He also checked in on me a couple of hours later! Highly recommend having him as your surgeon!!! Will use for any further dental work!

Recently, I got all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Shin. Before the operation, I was very scared and worried because this was the first operation I’d ever done. Dr. Shin and his assistant were able to calm me down and help be comfortable during the extraction. During the procedure, he told me step by step what he was doing to make me more relive. This surgery was fast, he works fast and efficiently. Also throughout the surgery , I didn’t feel any pain. After the surgery, my recovery went very well with no swelling or pains in my mouth. I highly recommend Dr. Shin.

Dr. Shin was very professional throughout the entire appointment of my four wisdom teeth extractions. I came in very nervous and scared and wanted to run out the door but my mind changed. He was very comforting throughout the procedure. He gave me after care instructions and wanted to give his phone number to me in case I need any explanation. That just shows he has great concerns for me! Let's just say I recovered after my third day. That's how good he was. Just follow his instructions and take your antibiotics as needed. :) I totally recommend him!

Best doctor and totally recommend Dr. Shin. Dr. Shin did my wisdom teeth extraction (all 4) in November, 2020. He was very patient and thorough. He explained everything very clearly before the surgery and the surgery was a breeze. My recovery was very difficult, which Dr. Shin warned me about before hand considering my age and how deep were my wisdom teeth. I had a very tough two weeks post surgery, and I made a couple of panic calls to Dr. Shin's personal phone after office hours and he very patiently answered my questions and assured me that I will be fine. He also offered to see me in the office on the next business day if I am still worried. I had been to another doctor before who scared me that there is a good chance that my trigeminal nerve could be damaged during surgery. Dr. Shin assured me that he will try his best not to let that happen and I didn't have any problems post surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Shin. Dr Shin extracted 4 wisdom teeth of my teenage son and he did an incredible job. He was on time for the appointment, explained through the entire process as well as after care instructions. Not only that, after the surgery, he was constantly in touch with us, making sure my son was recovering well and answered any questions we may have had after the surgery. You can tell, he really cares for his patients.

I had wisdom teeth removal (all 4) at the Macon Dentist Office, Macon Ga. After about a week and a half I had some concerns. I called the office and they worked me in. Dr. Shin was very personable and answered all my questions and concerns. He had the General practitioner slightly trimmed the tooth of concern. The GP( Female African American) enter the room with Grace and explained exactly what she was going to do. Upon completion Dr. Shin reentered the area to see if I had any more questions. He gave me an analogy about my mouth to make sure that I understood the healing process. I would recommend him and this staff.

The initial consultation was excellent. Dr Shin's office is clean and the staff very friendly. Their equipment is very up to date, which helped with my disabled son getting X-Rays. On Dr Shin himself, I cannot say enough good things. He is extremely professional but also personable. All went smoothly leading up to my son's wisdom teeth surgery at Northside Hospital. The surgery went completely smoothly, and Dr Shin did a great job before and after explaining everything. I was frankly amazed at the job he did. There was almost no swelling and after a few days you could not even tell there had been any extraction. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Shin to anyone.

Dr. Shin pulled my dad’s tooth in less than 2 minutes while he sat in his wheelchair when many of the other dentists in the area wouldn’t see him. I called 18 other offices and they either refused to see my dad because he was from a nursing home or said he had too many health problems (diabetes and high blood pressure) and needed hospital care. Dr. Shin saw my dad that day and took the tooth out immediately. Another elderly lady came out before my dad went in, and she said Dr. Shin was the best dentist she had ever been to. She said he extracted both wisdom teeth in 15 minutes and that he was wonderful!! We had a similar experience. Dr. Shin was quick and very professional. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shin!!!

Best oral surgeon I have ever seen!! He has great bedside manner and the surgery was super quick and easy. He had the office reach out and check on me after the surgery to make sure that everything was healing correctly. I was very nervous and he made me feel super comfortable by discussing everything with me before it was done. I highly recommend him for any oral surgery needs!!

Recently had the pleasure to be in contact with Dr. Shin and he’s a phenomenal doctor. He extracted all four of my wisdom teeth, and going into the operation I was extremely anxious, considering it was my first major operation of any kind. But Dr. Shin and his assistants were able to reassure me and guide me every step of the way to being comfortable. He was very conscientious during the procedure to any pain or discomfort I experienced throughout the surgery. And he works relatively fast, so I was in and out in jiffy. As far my recovery goes, it’s been a week post-op and I’m just as good as new with no swelling or bruising. I highly recommend Dr. Shin!

Dr shin Dr shin, is amazing, I thank him to take the time to do my first surgery with my two lower wisdom teeth impacted at that , I chose laughing gas, they turned it up to high I felt a little dizzy but the team listened and gave me more oxygen then the nzo so I was calm but a person with high Nervousness got through it and so will you. I wish I got to keep my teeth lol but couldn’t oh yea and he’s quick took 10-15 to pull both teeth maybe 8 mins
