LA Fitness

I received a tour of the gym today from the GM Ken and he did an EXCELLENT job of showing me around and even how to use some of the equipment. He made me feel very welcome. I’m ready for my Angela Basset arms and Tina Turner legs!

This is a very clean gym overall! Very spacious and organized! They have plenty of machines, cardio equipment and a very great free weight room! I'm not a big basketball player, but it's cool to be able to go in and shoot hoops for a bit when I want with no extra charge! I swam the last time I was there because I saw how clean the pool area is too and the water was calling my name! Definitely go check them out! The staff is also very friendly and capable of helping out with whatever your gym needs are!

Love it love it love it the rec center and planet fitness has nothing on this place whatsoever been on this bike for 50:00 cause the class too lit

I got a 3 day trial to test out the gym and after having a LA fitness membership on and off for about 3 years. The gym was up to par with my expectations and the staff is very friendly. Condero was very helpfully and professional. He set me up with my membership and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

Condero was the ultimate professional. He took his time explaining everything. He was very interested in my needs. Overall he worked to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process and every possible question I had was answered. What a great experience.

A big thank you to Mr Ken Alexander General Manager for the amazing work in the building. 100% i recommend this gym, the gym has everything you need for all types of workout.

Going to this location around 11am is the perfect time. I didn’t have to wait on any machines or weights, and the free weights are actually in the free weight area!!!

This update is long overdue, as changes have been made over 2 years ago.
Three years ago I wrote a critical review of this location. It was extremely obvious that I was not happy with the cleanliness of the gym, nor the equipment. I wanted to come back with an update for 2023. This location has done a complete 180, as far as their cleanliness and service of the equipment. The Staff manager with the dreads has come in and has really got this location together. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager at this location. I can tell he is doing everything possible to keep this location at this great standard. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The gym is extremely clean, especially compared to other LA Fitness in the Atlanta Metro area. I travel for work so I often bounce to different locations throughout the week. The old national location is surprisingly my favorite. The energy is just different here, and the staff here really is my favorite. I used to avoid this location, now I go out of my way to come to this location. I am really picky. Lol so I am really excited that this gym has such a huge turnaround.

This is a very nice location. Ppl here are very friendly. No one is in your face while you're working out. I'm always a bit intimidated about going to the gym, but this spot makes me feel comfortable to go and work out without feeling judged.

For the ladies - the guys here are very respectful, I have not seen much guys swarming around the ladies while they are trying to work out. Like I said, folks tend to leave you alone here.

Also, there is no hugging of machines here. You can always get a machine, ppl are very courteous and they'll move on to another machine if they see someone waiting.

Nice... decent. People mind their business and do their sets. I've had a person help me before, but my form was very much so wrong and could've hurt me in the long run. There are fitness professionals that come as well. The classes are nice and do not last long. The equipment is pretty decent.

I love la fitness been going there for years very clean place to work out at and I love the cleaner lady there ms Shirley she speak and greet me every time I come there and she make sure all customers are good

I’m From New York Visiting Atlanta and decided I wanted to get in a workout. My Niece and I were welcomed with open arms. The Manager, Ken was very dope. He made us laugh and was very welcoming. Jessy was also very Friendly and helpful. She helped us get started and made us feel very comfortable. Their customer service was A1. The Gym was nice and clean and the environment all in all was was just amazing. If You’re In Atl I Suggest You Go Check This Place Out!!!!!!
