They were always on time, super professional, very open to revising the original proposal, when necessary, and gave great attention to detail. Keith was great about returning my texts and emails. He even came to my home twice to meet with my husband to review in detail the job ahead. My husband and I both feel like we're living in a new home!

We really had an incredible experience working with Intown Painting! Both Jola & Keith are super friendly, both they are also knowledgeable about what they do. They got us started right away (the day after my 1st phone call to them). I called Jola for a quote on a Saturday and our house was finished with all the painting by the next Friday! Communication couldn't have been any better, Keith answered his phone every time i called and they were true professionals in every step of the process. Their crew worked as they should, no late afternoon appearances and they were just very efficient, professional. Truly skillful. They cleaned up the jobsite at the end of every day without being told to do so. Our house looks terrific! The price was was a bit on the the high end compared to some other quotes we got, but we got what we paid for. "Team work makes dream work!"

My HOA sent me a notice that my metal roof needed painted within 30 days. I called Intown painting and spoke with Keith. They were able to give me a quote based upon a few pictures I sent, to which I agreed to.
They had planned to come out the next day, but the painters got a flat tire (it happens to the best of us; it was no big deal), but they came the very next day and did an excellent job very quickly.
The painters were friendly and fast.

We acquired one of the oldest registered homes in Atlanta with a lot of badly needed maintenance. Rotten boards in the wood siding, peeling outdoor paint, significant drywall and plaster issues inside the home, and the difficult task of making interior walls with dark paint accept lighter colors. They were able to do it all. The crew even worked late into the night to make deadlines. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough if you need a versatile interior/exterior painter. Intown Painting's reputation speaks for itself. We couldn't be happier.

I’m writing this review before the outside of our home and the other projects are completed because I feel that confident in InTown from what we’ve seen so far.
Keith, Jola, Edgar and all the crew have been nothing but professional and friendly. The prep work has been meticulous and the communication is frequent. They’re doing a very thorough job repairing areas of hard stucco and window framing and they’re even replacing some wooden planks before sanding and staining the deck.
The quote, which is what everyone focuses on initially, was very competitive and is proving to be worth every penny.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the work completed by Intown Painting. I hired him for interior painting and it was finished in a timely manner, with great attention to detail. I have already recommended him to two other friends, and they have been very satisfied as well. I plan to have him paint the exterior of our house in the spring.

I interviewed several painting companies to paint the exterior of my house and I chose Intown Painting for two main reasons: 1) He came with high marks after doing a great job on my parent’s house and 2) I got the feeling that Keith was an honest and fair business person willing to go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. After accepting the bid, Keith got us on the schedule promptly. Since our subdivision is at the point where most of the houses need their 1st repaint I was able to compare our project with other projects going on in the neighborhood. None of the other crews I saw did as much nor as thorough prep work as the Keith’s crew did on our house. Intown Painting really got the house ready for a top notch paint job. I was really impressed because the prep work is one of the most important aspects of a painting project. The crew also did a few extra small repairs without adding onto their original price. They finished by doing a really great job of painting the house. The entire project took only 5 days from start to finish and the house now looks absolutely wonderful thanks to their professional efforts. Keith and his crew lived up to my initial impressions and whenever I need painting work done in the future, I will call Intown Painting.

I don't write reviews very often and most of us just do when we are not happy with the services (trust me I done it too;-) But there is something to say about Intown Painting. I hired the company about 2 weeks ago to paint the exterior of my house. As a real estate agent I see a lot on interior and exterior painting projects. But Intown Painting exceeded my expectations of their work from beginning to the end. The crew was friendly, courteous and easy to have on my property for a number of days. I am very pleased, particularly with the matching color and workmanship!
