Ok….in a world where customer service is declining, that is not the case here!! Patrice, Kim, Yas and Nicole were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I hope they are being well taken care of!! They deserve it!! Thank you ladies for the hospitality!!

During my stay I had an issue with my room door not working twice. When I went down to the front desk I was greeted and helped by Shan. After the the 2nd time of the door not working with the engineer being out, she took it upon herself to make things right. Not only did Shan provide me with a different room, she saw I was staying for over a week and upgraded me to a room that was comfortable and had a microwave (which is huge for me).

I travel around the country for work frequently staying at Marriott brand hotels and Shan is one of the employees I will always remember and be thankful for. I appreciate you Shan for making my stay feel more like home! Thank you!

Had an amazing stay over the weekend! My friend and I were originally going to stay for 2 nights, but we ended up extending our stay for one more night because we were enjoying our stay so much! The staff members were very friendly, especially at the front desk. All of our questions were answered, and we were always greeted with a smile. Checking in was very fast and easy even with one of the computers malfunctioning. The entire hotel smelled wonderful as soon as you walked in and everything was so clean. I was blown entering the hotel room because it was so cute and spacious. Everything was so clean like spotless! I used to be a housekeeper so I know what to look for. The room was vacuumed, wiped down, fresh linens and towels, and it smelled like heaven walking through the door. Our only problem was that the hotel was having some connectivity issues so the WiFi was working for smaller devices like our phones and my tablet, but we couldn't get his PS4 to connect, and for some reason the phone wasn't connected, but it didn't really matter because the TV had premium channels and a few streaming services. It was a great stay overall and we definitely plan on going back whenever we need a nice cozy retreat!

Located extremely close to the airport made this location key for us to stay at. There are plenty of food options in the area which you can walk to. All of the staff here were very friendly and all greeted my coworker and I immediately. There is a shuttle that can take you to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and seem fairly modern. However, if you are sensitive to noise, this hotel is located on the end of one of the runways so you will hear low flying commercial aircraft either arriving or departing depending on the winds. Would definitely stay here again next time I need a hotel close to the airport.

When I first touchdown in Atlanta, I enjoy this location only is it close to the airport you have shuttle service not only shuttle service the customer service is that his excellent peak from the front desk to the barista to getting served a bite to eat. Enjoy your stay and your time and always make it back without the rush Factor being that you're close to the spacious housekeeping assist you well and anyone around the area working there always are Hands-On with you.,,😘🥳

We stayed here on a business trip and holy heck, loved all the staff!! They had great energy, friendly, accommodating. We had dinner, drinks and breakfast the next morning. Hotel is showing a bit of wear but that is easily forgiven. Close to the airport and reasonably priced! Winner!!

My room was comfortable and spacious. Though it wasn't quite as close to the airport as I would like, the shuttle made it very convenient. More than anything the staff was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay great!

Bar drinks are perfect... The food was cooked to perfection! I love the service and outside sitting area. Very beautiful.

Julie was great from checking in to checking out, she was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. She made our stay extra special. It’s really great when you can come in from out of state and people make you feel like you’re welcomed and at home. She went out of her way to accommodate us. We’ll definitely stay here again when in the area.

I was in Atlanta close to Airport for n number of times this year. This is the best hotel and deal you will ever get.

I called ahead to asked if there were any upgrades available for honeymooners. Esther picked up the phone and kindly told me she’d see what she could whip up between my call and when we arrived.

They booked us in a wonderful room and Esther wrote us the sweetest note and packed a bag with snacks and two bottles of wine! We were floored and greatly enjoyed our stay.

Really nice and clean place to stay. Staff was super friendly at the front desk. I personally don't have any complaints, but the boss lady wanted me to add the only thing that would make it a 4 star or even 3 star (I'm still giving a 5 star) would be the fact there was no coffee at the time of checkout at 10:45am nor anyone at the bistro/food area to order coffee. Other then that, great place to stop on our way to Fl. for vacation.

We weren't sure about this area when someone suggested it. The Bistro isn't open yet but this hotel is very nice and clean. There were no unsavory people hanging out. I paid for 7 seven rooms. Not one complaint from anyone in my party. This is one of the new hotels and the rooms are very spacious. Very pleased with quick check and the customer service. The Salesperson was top notch. It is located in the heart of everything you need. Stores and restaurants are all in walking distance.

Spend a few days here just to get away. The staff was friendly with the customers and each other. The room was extremely clean and cute. The Bistro had delicious food. Overall we had a great stay. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Big spacious room...Great location to be close to the airport....The hotel and room was clean and nice..We didn't have a refrigerator in the room. There was a open space where the refrigerator should have went, we called front desk and inquired about it. They stated a refrigerator is on the way. We received it promptly!!

The hotel staff was amazing. Very lively and upbeat. The only thing I would have to say that wasn't good was the internet. We tried to watch TV at night and the buffering and loading was horrible. It would stop sometimes completely and not play anything. But I still gave it 5 stars because you won't be in the hotel to watch TV a lot. So stay at this hotel, it was an amazing stay!!

I really like this location of this hotel. Its 15-20 minutes away from the Airport. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping places around the hotel. The Front Desk Agents were very welcoming and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and our room was spotless. The only minor complaints I had was our toilet was not flushing all the way down & the bathroom door was hard to close. I called the Front Desk and they sent Maintenance immediately to fix it. Ill give the place 5 stars and I will be returning back.

So upon my arrival I was greeted promptly and felt like the young lady was glad to see me. Each and every time I left or came back someone wished me well on my travel or welcomed me back. That's really good leadership and people that care. The hotel is showing a little age but the people they have working make up for it. Kudos to whomever runs this hotel. You have a knack for hiring good people.
