I cannot give Kenneth enough stars. He was so great with my 14 year old daughter and he was able to cut and style her hair EXACTLY how she wanted it. He is professional yet personable, kind and engaging, knowledgeable and extremely talented. 14-year-old girls can be hard to please, but she walked out of there beaming, and she has not shut up about how much she enjoyed him since!

I have been seeing Maddox for ~3 years now and even followed her from another salon to VM! She is so fabulous- I can’t say enough good things about her!!! She is a magician in terms of hair/coloring. She is also just a fun person with great energy in general, so I always enjoy my time in her chair. 10/10 recommend her to anyone!

Shannon has been my colorist for around 5 years now and she’s absolutely wonderful! I leave feeling my best everytime. I also recommend Josh or Tyler for color, I see them if Shannon is not available. Violet is a fabulous stylist.

I finally found a team of stylists that get me and my more elaborate hairstyles. My stylist did a great job with help from another senior stylist to do her first "disconnected" bob. I don't want to look like everyone else and I'm here to rock new ideas and anything against the mainstream and that means NOT looking like a Karen or a QTip sporting granny as I grow out my white hair and I'm having none of that. Thank you to your entire team, I'm looking forward to doing more as this grows out to acquire that Lady Death cosplay look in the near future.

Daniel gave me a really wonderful and wearable haircut that was exactly what I wanted. Assistants Ethan and West made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. 10/10, I don’t live in Atlanta, but I will be back whenever I am in town.

Elena did an amazing job on my color. We talked through a few inspiration pictures and had a great consultation. I let her have a little creative freedom base off of a few pictures we looked at and she nailed it!! I have been loving my color! It is the perfect amount of lightness and it feels natural enough that I can keep it low maintenance-which she explained to me and talked me through want I was wanting my maintenance to look like- I really appreciated this aspect to the consultation. 5 stars for her!

I've been going to Van Michael for years, and it never disappoints! I even had a couple of girls stop me in the Publix parking lot the day after my last haircut, who told me, "Your bob is fly!"

Van Michael is a clean, friendly and bustling salon. They have tons of services which you can schedule on your own using their app. Each service has various price points depending on who you go to. They sell Aveda products in the front area.

Erica is a great stylist, she is on time and truly cares about her clients!!! She takes the time to coach clients on how to maintain their style at home :-) Excellent !!!

Love this place. My hair can be challenging to cut (fine hair but lots of it) and have never found anyone outside of this salon to cut my hair just right. Got hair cut during quarantine, felt very safe, everyone wearing masks,spacing, even shields in between spaced out stylish. I usually use their New Talents... love Spencer & Frankie!
