After 6 months of trying to sell our farm with another realtor, we listed it with Ginny/Algin Realty. She knows what she's talking about - was talking through a lot of specifics about Rockdale county that we hadn't been told before - so needless to say, we were impressed from the start. She brought her team of photographers and stagers in to do the photo shoot and video of our place. Extremely professional and put together so you'd actually want to see it. We had an offer within 2 weeks after very few showings over the previous 6 months with another agent. And we even listed it at a HIGHER price with Algin than we had with the previous agent. This agency is simply amazing and very responsive. You're dealing with the best in these easter counties, and you won't go wrong with Algin. Simply an amazing agency. I would enthusiastically use them again if given the chance.

I have dealt with many agents during my lifetime. None of them come close to Ginny. She is truly the best of the best! She sold our home and exceeded all my expectations. I only wish she had been able to come to N.C. to find me a new home.
