These kids had the time of there life. The party host was amazing. And Chucky himself was obviously black. The dance moves were on point. The pizza was fresh, and the wings were good. Keep up the good job. Happy Birthday Mazi. Hope you had a great time.

Let me just say the customer service at this location is excellent! Sarah has truly helped me every time I have gone in with the app and the new summer pass and goes beyond out of her way to make sure all my points and app have been working.

Absolutely the best location. The service and atmosphere is always pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest locations I’ve been to. My son enjoys coming here for an easy fun afternoon. We just recently held his 6th birthday and the staff was so accommodating. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe fun place to take the kids. 😊

Amazing host, Violet! She made my daughter's birthday party a blast. She was focused, timely, and not distracted.

First time at the new Kensington location it was packed and kids were having fun all around us. I worked with Sara the manager who helped me with coordinating a bday party online since I was having issues . She was great! Just seeing her in action helping her team and still managing to help guests. Just shows what a great leader she is. Congrats to this location and its team. I am excited to return for my son's birthday next month.

My first time visiting this location with my children brought back childhood memories for me. My children and I really enjoyed ourselves. Chucky Cheese has a wide variety of adult and kid arcade games and it wasn't crowded. The food was delicious, the entire establishment from the dining area to the restroom was clean, and the best part was that they added a mini trampoline for the kids which i was amazed and impressed. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family and I will visit again in the future.

I came here to the new location to see what’s up with it after Rockville relocated. I was NOT disappointed. First of all, the pizza was amazing (pretty much like EVERY single CEC, lol! The staff was super nice. Since the robots are destroyed, all the old art trashed, and the place looking way more minimalistic and modern, I rated the atmosphere a 3. Everything other than that was perfect. I’d definitely go again if I was in the area.

This was my first year Celebrating my 6 years old son's birthday. We love it. Our host was really dedicated to us. She helped the kids and she was taking care of everything. Thanks for that awesome day.

What a really neat place to celebrate 🥳 a birthday 🎂🎉 party for younger children! Pricing is pretty reasonable for different # amount of people pkgs. (Inquire on website)
My son threw a 6th year birthday party fur his daughter, i.e., my granddaughter! She had a blast with her friends and family! Pizza was really good too! They have multiple arcade games, interactive activities with Chucky Himself and even a miniature trampoline park! Lots of singing and dancing and good clean fun! Tickets can be won for all the games played during your play for a trade in for prizes at the end of your stay! (They're electronically added to your play card for trade in! (Really neat idea)

This is an old restaurant with arcades, chuck e cheese mouse character, vending machine for ice cream. The facility is old but mostly still in workable condition. Kids had a lot of fun in the birthday party!

They just recently moved to this new location. New and old games and more space. Fun for the kids!

We haven’t been to CEC in probably 10yrs. When I walked in, it was a very clean environment. The staff was very friendly and patient with me and explained how their newest system worked (last time I went, they still used physical coins and tickets 🤣). I brought a 3yr old with me and there was plenty for her to do, she just had to learn how to play the games. She had never been to a place like this. It took about 10min for our food to arrive and while it tastes different than I remember, it was decent pizza. We were so excited that Chuck E. Came out while we were there too! My niece loved him, even though she didn’t know who he was until we went 😅. Will be back in the future!

Great place to take kids and they've modernized since i was a young buck. It's well lit and doesn't smell like vomit all the time. The pizza is even decent with a garlic crust. No animatronics anymore though, sadly

We had a birthday party there for a 6 year old kid. Everything was good, the kids were happy. I wish they could have more time to play (it was just 2 hours unlimited play)

I came around 10 am my little girl was able to play almost all games in there
But after 11:30 am forget it
It was packed! Barely could walk

Fun and easy place to spend an evening with the kids! We have two kids so we got two unlimited cards. We chose the 75 minute time limit and it ended up being the perfect amount for us. They’re younger and so they’re not old enough for some of the games and also not everything holds their attention. So this card allowed them to swipe to the hearts content. We also ended up ordering a pizza which tasted better than it looked. Lol

It can get busy on a Saturday night and there’s probably going to be a birthday party in the back room, but it’s definitely worth a visit!

It was very clean. You can pay to have unlimited arcade games for a specific number of minutes. We were really able to get our bang for the buck. Kids of all ages enjoyed.

This is a good. A place for children to have fun. Every time I go, they welcome me well. The staff is very understanding with the children and it is also a very clean place.
