"4 stars" because in the 7-11 context this location is very clean but has some management issues. Lametria Johnson, Lottery is a profit operation the owner needs to adjust staffing for it, particularly approaching the cutoff time. For most of us who don't play it appears to be an addiction. As someone addicted to Big Gulps, coffee, cigarettes, Big Bites, candy, etc. I do understand. But when I walk in I don't have to make my purchase by an exact time. That really changes things. To a sugar addict standing fifth in line waiting for one clerk to complete a complex lottery transaction it can be frustrating too. 7-11 franchise owner: Take Note Of Lottery Deadlines.

Fast response when I asked the guy to brew some decaf for my evening cup of half-caf, the minimally judgemental reply, "You want DECAF!?" was ok (had to take a star off though); some slevens just flat out won't brew it, even though every coffee holder says they'll brew whatever you like if what you want is out. I got my slightly more expensive than other convenience stops (gas stations) cup o half caf and I appreciate it!

Arizona Ice Tea $1.79 at 7/11, just got 4 of them at Harris Tetter for $3.00 on sale.

Guy working the front counter today was too busy watching his shows on his phone to help me put my items even in the bag. Just put the bag on the counter and as soon as I was done checking out just walked away. Same dude does this every time. I come to this 7-11 daily and he is the ONLY person who treats me badly. 2 stars because the other staff are friendly and helpful.
