Enjoyable, fast, cheap food with plenty of tables for sitting. Would not recommend coming between 11:15 and 12 during the school year as it is a very popular spot for Walter Johnson Students who can be loud and unpleasant at certain times.

My dentist is in that same complex. They directed to this cafe. Hot and cold bar food sold by weight. Nice place.
