Store was well organized, clean. At checkout we were helped by Hasan, very professional and nice. He even told us about using the DSW app to find coupons, which saved us a good bit of money! Thanks Hasan and DSW.

Came to DSW , find what I was looking for. Beside that it was clean, they have Hand sanitizer in every floor that's very good for everyone coming to their store. Not to crowded very good amount of people 👌. Great job DSW!.

This is the biggest DSW I've been too. They have everything. Ladies can enjoy almost two hole floors of shoes. Brought my daughter and she couldn't get enough. Huge selection for the fellas too. Also a huge clearance section where you can find some real bargains. Be careful in the parking lot though. The eager shoe shoppers can be a little aggressive.

the cashier at DSW was so helpful during my visit to exchange my girlfriend's shoes. When she asked for a size 7.5 wide, I wasn't sure what that meant or where to find the shoes in the store. Thankfully, the cashier was really nice and walked me over to the shoe section. They patiently waited while I called my girlfriend to confirm the size she needed.

Once I confirmed the size, the cashier quickly processed the exchange for me. It was a smooth and efficient process, and I appreciate the assistance they provided. If I have any more questions or need further help in the store, I know I can always ask the staff.

Great selection of shoes for kids, men and women. Dressy, formal, casual, athletic, slippers. Well organized by type and brand. Good costumer service.

Huge shout out to Marcus. He was so helpful and extremely patient when I tried using Afterpay to pay for shoes for the first time. Very pleasant and had the best nail art. Thanks again! Please give him a promotion if you haven't already.

Elizabeth was the best of best. I could not believe how genuine, courteous and personable she was. Very rare and refreshing to see that she loves what she does. It was my first time I went in to a DSW and bought my work boots yesterday,. She initiated my DSW card and offered discount coupons very expeditiously. Moreover she told me a few words in my language. Thank you. About the store.. Great selection on men's shoes especially athletic one. I wish there was more work shoes/boots selection with Vibram sole. But I will be back.

I had a procedure done on both big toes which I couldn't wear regular shoes. DSW had the perfect pair of shoes. I was able to wear to the concert the same day.

I haven't bought shoes in 2 years. Yesterday I decided to go to DSW and treat myself. I found 2 pairs of shoes convenient for the weather, and I couldn't be any more ecstatic about it! Once I was ready to check out - one of the associates at the cash register - named Gloria - helped me out with my purchase and made my experience at DSW a great one. She explained to me how to use my rewards, and how to save on my purchases with discounts online. This is my first time writing a review, but based on how pleased I was with Gloria's service, and the store itself I took time out of my day to give Gloria a big shout out! Thanks! I will be coming back soon for more shoes.

Biggest and best DSW we've ever been to. I would recommend this location to anyone. Bring such a large warehouse, they carry most name brand that I have never seen under one roof, which I was thoroughly impressed with. Even the clearance selection was impressive. There is an escalator connecting this two level location and clean, open bathrooms for customer use.

Amazing selection. I really enjoyed the Designer Selection, definitely sets this store apart from other DSW I have shopped at. This location also has a legitimate kids section with a fantastic variety, not just one small aisle like other locations. The staff was kod and helpful. Products were displayed well and great lighting. The store was clean and decently stocked. Any shoe that is not in your size, the staff can typically order and have shipped to the store or your home even. All in all, one of the best DSW I have been to.

I got my first handbag here today and I love it!!

All of the staff here are always wonderful, the deals are great and omg I just got a super cute black handbag and very cute black sandals.

They're also so trans-friendly, which means so much to me. This is where I feel most comfortable shoe shopping.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and they didn't fit. I went to this location to return or exchange. Gladys helped me find the right size, was very polite and helpful. The whole affair took no more than 10 minutes. Very satisfied.

A lot of cute shoes available in regular and W sizes. Super cheap too.

The manager, Alex, helped me find a great date shoe for my size 11 feet. He was kind, patient and didnt mind combing thru the store with me. I appreciate you so much. Thanks Alex!

This DSW location is great! The selection is huge and the store layout is easy to navigate. There is also always store staff to help you find shoes or other sizes. The store is neat because the staff is readily putting shoes back, which also makes is easier to find your size. They also have a great selection for Men and children. The purses at DSW are always to die for and they have a good selection and even better prices. This is the go to DSW location for the DC area, especially if you want a large selection to choose from.

This store is HUGE. I remember the first time I shopped here, I was in awe. This DSW has two levels and is just overwhelming with their shoe selection! If you love shoe shopping, you're going to love this DSW. There are large shoe selections for women, men and children! Back to school shopping for the little ones? Check this DSW out! I don't live close to it, but it is definitely worth the drive if I'm in the mood for some shoe shopping!! Their clearance section is pretty great as well! Definitely worth the drive to shop here.

Always a great selection and friendly service from the staff. The store is was very organized with the products where they are supposed to be. Lots of parking and pretty good checkout.

The shoes I purchased were a bit too tight. I took them back to try to find the bigger size. It was not available in the store so not only did they find them online for me, but they are having them shipped to my house. I even got a greater discount. I am always very pleased at the service and selections when I shop at DSW.

I had a great experience shopping at DSW. It's amazing to see how organized the shoes were. I was able to navigate through without any problems, and the staff were very helpful and attentive to their customers. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family members.

I'm hard to fit. Floor clerk led me several options in wide sizes and let me know he would be happy to search for any size that I did not find in the computer. Floor stock was very organized.
