Service was great however, my claims were processed out-of-network as Dr. Kinnard was not attached to the facility on the insurance side. I was told I was in-network and after finishing therapy, I received a bill and the payment did not go towards my in-network deductible. I kept asking if I was in-network and even checked on my insurance portal. Would have been a great heads up and now I am out of luck hundreds of dollars.
