Purchasing land through Hurdle has been a smooth and straightforward process. I’m pleased to have a property that fits my needs. From the very first interaction the customer service has been very professional and responsive. So it’s quite easy to say I recommend Hurdle to anyone looking to purchase land.

We purchased property over 18 years ago for our retirement home. We had the opportunity to move on our property 12 years ago and love it here. A couple years after we bought our first property we had the opportunity to buy the lot next to our first property and that's what we did. Several years ago my husband had some heart problems and was out of work for months. Financially we were not prepared for that at all. We informed hurdle about our financial problems and they worked with us to see what we could get by with. They were concerned about us!! They took that worry away! We are back on track now.

We have personally bought land with Hurdle. They made the process very easy and answered the many questions I had during the process. I found them kind and very willing to put in that extra effort to make everything perfect. We will be back for future ventures. Thanks for great service.

Poor customer service.

Never answers the phone for days or never returns calls, rude when speaking to any of the ladies that answer the phone. Doesn't like to hold property for 24 hours so go see property instead. Easy to send money, harder to get deed. Company is not trust worthy with their process.

I hate when people buy farms cut them up and sell them off in 5 acre lots welcoming all kinds of trash in my neighborhood.. does have halfway decent prices though.

We came across the website for Hurdle Realty and was interested in Farm#59 which was located in Riverbrooke Farms in a Newton County. The deal was super easy and truthfully too good to be true. We sent the down payment and was doing our due diligence and I went to the County office to inquire about the land and to see what it would take to build upon the land. I discovered that over 12 of the 13 acres could not be build upon because it was in a flood zone. And that the less than 1 acre could not be build upon because it did meet the boundary requirements for building a house. We called Hurdle Realty to get our money back because this information was disclosed to us. Hurdle Realty was extremely rude when mentioning getting our money refunded however they did return the money because we were still within the time frame to do so.
