I’m new to the area but have been impressed by the customer service at this store. My 2.5-yr old daughter wanted me to be Mario for Halloween, but we had a family emergency that kept me from buying any sort of costume. I called this location on Halloween day, and they set aside the only thing they had which was a Bowser hat. But before I came into purchase that hat, they had a Mario cap arrive in a distribution box, and the employee set it aside for me in case I was able to make it back before closing. I can’t express how much that thoughtfulness meant for me to be able to surprise my kids with the perfect hat on Halloween. My daughter had not forgotten she wanted me to be Mario, and I’m grateful for the service here to make that possible for us.

Autumn and Andrew were absolutely exceptional! They are a wealth of knowledge and tried everything to save us money and give us great advice on all of the new games that we wanted to know about!

Great friendly staff always makes you feel welcome their knowledge of games definitely helps you decide if you want a game or not only downside is sometimes they only have 1 person working & some customers have a bunch of questions so you have to wait

The staff is always friendly and helpful. You can tell they enjoy the gaming industry or what their job. They will over explain things to help you make the best decision. They don't pressure you into the warranties but advise on the benefits of getting it. Sometimes it make sense! Good vibes most of the times and they answer the phones here!

Autumn and Matt are beyond helpful! They spent over 1 hour trying to get us taken care of with our oculus replacement.

You have one very customer friendly employee that was working this evening, Dec. 23rd. Just cheerful and made it such a pleasant shopping experience! Hate I did not get his name to give him a shout out! But he made this sick LSU lady feel a little better after shopping there!

This place rocks and the staff, at least the ones that I've met, are epic. They really do offer some of the coolest deals and they're a pretty laid back bunch, which is perfect. You can have a full blown conversation with a staff member, like they're really great at customer service! Did I mention that they're honest af when it comes to games, which makes me wanna go back again and again!

I love this GameStop. There are several located near me, and they are all generally pretty helpful, but the folks at this particular one always go above and beyond trying to help me save money. Plus I'm very technologically un-savvy, and they are all always very patient and helpful with explaining things to me and setting me in the right direction of what I actually want to purchase to best suit my needs, not just what's the most expensive that will get them the most commission... Great selection of gear, games, and equipment. Best prices. Always friendly staff that is beyond helpful and patient. Keep up the great work guys, and thanks for everything. You'll definitely be seeing me again soon

They always take the time to explain the games to me that my young son is buying to let me know what we are getting and if I approve. Chris is the store leader and definitely leads the team and works right alongside the other employees. Kyle, Jackson, Corey, Chris, Mike, and anyone I might have left out, you guys are the best and definitely a pleasure to do business with. Keep it up and we will always be repeat customers.

great experience! I've been there more than once actually. to get a Nintendo switch and some games, getting more switch games and some pokemon games and I went last week to get 4 more pokemon games. The people were very nice and the console and all the games I've bought there always work perfectly.

Absolutely great customer service. Went in there on 01/13/17 to get a controller I had ordered. The store manager couldn't find it and could have easily sent me on my way even after I drove 45 mins. He went above and beyond to take care of me and significant other and made sure to get me what I needed. Will forever have my business at this gamestop. 5 stars all day.

Being a gamer I like to shop here because they have some of the better prices on used games and consoles I've never had a bad experience there and their staff is always courteous and altogether fun to be around and very knowledgeable of their products

This is the best store I've been coming here since I was 7 or 8 years old always good deals and nice people always there to help you out no matter how dumb the question haha
