Firehouse Subs Loganville

Customer Service is great, the ladies are super sweet and accommodating to my daughter using her gift card today and letting her pay herself. Food was delicious, they also accommodated us splitting our large hook and ladder with different toppings. 😋

This location is fantastic! The employees are friendly and efficient. The store is kept clean and at this writing has an “A” from the department of health. The subs are warm and toasted to perfection. I went there on a chilly January evening and the windows were all fogged up from the steamy goodness inside.

Jocelyn is such a kind hearted employee. She always offers amazing service every time i come here. 100/10 best employee I’ve met so far.

Love the food here. I come every week. Sometimes it can get loud when they are busy but everyone is very friendly and really seem to like working there. The management is always engaging with me.

Firehouse subs is amazing. I'm not sure I've went to any of these places and been like " meh". Easily better than the other sub places and I really like the hot sauce collection they have. They even rate the spicy factor 1-10. (I'm a big fan of hot sauce) Staff seemed nice here food was prepared fast everything tasted great can't think of anything negative in the slightest.

Jocelyn, my excellent cashier she’s lovely to talk to and makes the environment feel so at home. She helped me choose my first ever firehouse sub! she recommended their returning King’s Hawaiian special. I loved it. Will be coming back! I hope that I get to see the lovely and hardworking crew that I met at my visit here in Loganville’s firehouse subs again! Take care y’all thanks for the great food I had!!!!! ❤

Good food and good service today at this location. The food was made fresh right after I ordered it. Just had a taste for their steak and cheese sub. My wife gets the NY steamer. I love the community donations that this company does each year.

Sandwich was good. Online order was on time and correct. Staff member I encountered was friendly and professional as well.

Update: during a recent visit we found the sandwich tasted different like something was missing. (I tend to get the same sandwich). Seems like things are being taken out. They are also not giving out pickles anymore. I think shrinkflation is in effect.

Beats Subway HANDS DOWN. Best place for lunch or any meal! Clean environment and friendly staff!

The subs were very good and tasty. It was very busy at the time I went but they were able to provide quick and efficient service

I bit disappointed this visit. Sandwich, the meat was not evenly distributed on the bread. I ordered my food told it would be ready 10 minutes. I arrived, paid, and waited. Saw people come in order, get their food and eat. I asked about my sandwiches the worker looked around and found them on the back wall.by this time it was almost 20 minutes later after my arrival.
I hope my next visit is better.

In my initiative to support small businesses in my area and I visited this location, I am more say glad to say they did not disappoint my food was fresh my sandwich was loaded with meat the quality was tasteful I will be returning as a regular. The staff were patient with me while I made my decision.

My husband and I went for a snack and ordered a medium sub. I think it was the club in a sub. It was very good and just enough for both of us. Jordan was the cashier and he was very nice.

We got a medium sub free because my husband's name started with an R. Both our subs were steaming hot and delicious. The employees were very friendly. We spoke with the manager and he was very sweet and professional.

The staff is great and so friendly, I frequently go here for my lunch break because they are just awesome! Shout out to Jade and Ashley! They are 2 Wonderful employees that need recognition 👏

Seriously one of the best sub shops. This place is one of the reasons I began doing reviews. Starting from the first step, as you walk in, it smells great, it looks clean, and you are treated with a smile. I have never felt rushed in this place and have always been patiently waited on. I have been here so many times that I have watched a few staff members make mistakes making mine or others sandwiches, and what's impressive is that 100% of the time, it gets remade before its even handed to me. I have even watched my sandwich get tipped over in the bag, and they will make it all over again. The staff behind the counter always seem to have a smile on that can even be seen thru their masks. This is the one place that I can say I have never been in a hurry to leave. And that I am always excited to go back. Ill be taking my son for his birthday meal in the next couple of days and my mouth is already watering. Do your tastebuds a solid and try this place. No, seriously, don't choose a favorite until you've already tried 5 different sandwiches on their menu. I've tried them all, and they are all fantastic.

Brand new Firehouse subs in Loganville. They are friendly and have tasty food. The food is always fresh and affordable and the staff is very professional and courteous. I have been ordering food and dining here for going on 4 years now. My family loves the place and started going here over the nearby Subway when it opened. It's much better than Subway which has started going downhill lately.They have improved a lot since the pandemic has slowed down.
