Hotel 116, a Coast Hotel

Better then I expected and looks in the pictures. Service was smooth, a teenager possibly or very young looking guy helped check me in, very quickly without delay. Very impressed as I wasn't thinking il get this level of service and clean and nice rooms.

Wish mine had a microwave as I reheat my food. But still worth coming here. Well done for not being like the other hotels nearby.

Overall great experience. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Have stayed in some pretty bad places. This was nice. Visited the hotel lounge. Had the Flatbread pizza, great for bar food. A little pricy for a bottle of beer, but great atmosphere.
Overall, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We walked in and Kelly at the front desk took care of us put us in a room with an oversize king which was fabulous slept so good.
The new restaurant the Underground was a added bonus as the food and service was great! Woods coffee next door opens at 4:30AM great for us early risers good coffee and scones!

We were in town for our daughters surgery at Seattle children's Bellevue center. They were able to accommodate last minute and had everything in line. Rooms were nice and clean. View was beautiful. Beds were a little wonky lol. All in all a good experience. Would recommend.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The room (two story loft) was wonderful and the bed quite comfortable.

I booked this hotel recently but couldn’t make the trip. I called to cancel the rest of it. The people there were super helpful and friendly in the call. They helped me promptly and even waived the no show fee for the first night which I didn’t expect. Next time if I need to room, I will definitely go and give it a try.

A friend was staying in this place and I had a great time visiting and checking out the room and must say they're nicer than it looks from the outside w/ rates untypical for Bellvue or anywhere

Rooms were reasonably priced. Has an attached restaurant/bar and a coffee shop. The courtyard has mini golf and yard games. The restaurant has pool, darts, shuffle board, and other games to play as well as provides room service. The room vibe is a little dated and it might be stretching into its three stars but the other amenities more than make up for that and made this a very fun stay with the kids.

We had a nice clean room on our stay. The bed was comfy with extra pillows. Staff was very nice and helpful. There are places to eat within walking distance. Overall a nice stay for our trip.

We had a sudden need for a 1-night hotel stay, and had a baby so we were looking for a decent hotel with a crib. This hotel was there for us when we needed it. We got a room last minute for about $100, and it was a fine room for the price. I appreciate how accommodating the staff was, and the guest laundry service was really nice to have. I would check with them first if I ever need to stay away from home for a night.

The front desk staff was so friendly and made the check in and out process very quick and easy. They overcharged me but were quick to fix it. They have a small area for dogs to go potty behind the property. The room itself was very nice. The curtains were outdated and the kitchen area was very disappointing as there was only a small almost kid sized sink, a microwave and a very small refrigerator. Other cheaper and smaller hotel options in the area that I have stayed at have had bigger kitchen areas. The cleaning staff were nice enough to personally come ask if we needed anything or wanted them to simply empty out our trash. Would probably stay here again.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The check in was easy, everyone at the front desk we encountered was so nice and helpful, the hotel room was nice and clean, and in a decent area, and the price was really good. They gave us breakfast vouchers to the coffee place attached (Woods coffee) for a coffee and a breakfast item for each night we stayed there, which was a really nice added value and the food and coffee was really good. Also, they hotel shuttled us to the local bus so we could take it to Seattle, and the process was seamless, easy and cheap ($3 each way I believe). The only thing that I didn't quite like was that the beds were a little wobbly, as if maybe the mattress was too big for the box spring/bed frame. Would definitely stay at this chain again and would highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay. Budget hotel and it shows but it wasn't like there was mold and rats everywhere. Lobby is nice and clean. Staff is super nice. They offer a free breakfast buffet which was great. Conveniently located within the vicinity of several supermarkets and stores, as well as right off the on-ramp towards Tacoma, Seattle, Portland, or Vancouver. I would stay here again due to the price, staff, and breakfast.

We had a great experience at Hotel 116. The room is clean, AC is robust, and the front desk is extremely helpful. There is a great coffee place right next door and a Chick-Fil-A down the street. Beware that they are both really really busy in the morning, so it is the best if you park at the back of the hotel because the traffic overflow around might delay you as the front parking lane is pretty tight.

From check in to check out we had great service. Front desk worker was very professional and extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean and felt very secure. Compared to other hotels we've stayed at over here in the Seattle area, this one is GREAT. We spend a lot of time over here at Seattle Children's hospital for our son and from now on we will stay here even with the drive to the hospital being further.

I've been here for a month. And I felt very comfortable here. You're not gonna get a luxury and modern looking at this price, so don't get you hopes up too high. The staff is very friendly and has helped me with a lot of minor things. My fridge didn't seem to work and they had a technician come in 1 minute and he replaced mine with a new fridge after some testing. Gym and pool are nice to have. Cleaniness is acceptable.

Clean and lovely hotel. The front desk was quite helpful, and the bed was very soft. The only issue with one of our rooms is that it's right next to the elevator, so our friends had problems sleeping at night due to noise levels.

The location was lovely, very clean and beautiful, and had a few food establishments and spots of interest within short distance. The hotel lobby and rooms were both well-maintained, and I had a beautiful view from my room. The employee at the check-in desk was very nice.

Very beautiful hotel inside and out. I couldn't believe the king bed room (includes a pull out sofa) we booked had a spiral staircase with 2 floors for only $130!!

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and completely free! It was a full breakfast with everything you'd expect a breakfast to have (scramble eggs made with green onions and tomatoes, sausage, bagels, waffles, yogurt etc.). The breakfast was in a gorgeous dining room with prepared utensils and dressed up waiters and waitresses. The incredible breakfast itself was already worth the stay!

You can tell the hotel was renovated quite recently as everything looked very new. Best stay for the price!
