Valet Spa - Westfield Montgomery

I took my Mercedes convertible in and James (manager) made sure the car was shiny and clean. He really paid attention to detail and my car has never looked better! I've tried other car washes and detailers but no one got it as show room ready as Valet Spa. Be sure to ask for James.

Highly recommend. I’ve used this place 3 times now and had great experiences all 3 times. James the manager is an ethical and responsible guy, and his employees all are good natured and helpful. Today there was a miscommunication on my part about the price; James didn’t question me at all and just charged me the lower price despite accidentally getting a more expensive service. My car looks amazing and I was able to get my shopping done and eat lunch while the guys did all the hard work. I think the prices are reasonable for the amount of work they do, and the time they save me!

Such a great place - My wife used their services and got the wash that’s $150.00 while she went to the mall. She shared that it’s right next to Nordstrom’s and was a wonderful experience. They were very professional, respectful, friendly and make customers feel comfortable. Now she’s actually looking forward to up keeping her car without the whole dealership ordeal. You guys are really great next time she’ll include pictures.

My car was a hot mess and the crew at Valet Spa did an amazing job restoring it. Super convenient to drop off and spend time at the mall while your car is cleaned. They texted me with updates so I knew when my car was ready. Everyone was nice and professional. I highly recommend their service if your car is in need of a deep clean. I will be back!

I was parked on the side with my blue Aston, the manager came up and offered me a free wash!! James King was extremely professional and polite. Car was awesome. Will be bringing my Aston Martin here more now. Even used a brand new cloth out of the bag and made me inspect it just to show me. They really care about the paint and treat customers right. Try IT, you won’t be disappointed. Ask for James King ( site manager)

EDIT: The manager (James) is amazing! He was able to fix the scratches (how, I don't know, but they are gone). He also redid the things that weren't properly cleaned. I want to thank him to going over and above.

I just left this place and wish I had seen some of these reviews. I got a premium detail and my car is still dirty (seats, cup holder). AND... my window tint is scratched on the interior! How???? I have NO idea how that happened, but I did not bring it in scratched. I barely drive my car and when I do, I baby it. (You can ask Jim Coleman - they know how I am).

But for the money I paid, I could have gotten it done at the gas station. When I was told that it was ready, I walked around the vehicle and noticed that the entire trunk had not been cleaned. Still had dirt on it and hadn't even been touched by a drop of water or soap. I told Antoine, who told me that the employee who did it didn't bother to clean the entire car. (Again, how???)

However, it was when it was redone that the window tint was scratched. I have taken photos and left my information with Antoine. I also sent an email and left a message with the company. I was hoping that I would find the almost perfect car detailing center, but I see that I did not. But I really am waiting to see how they will deal with the damage that was done. Let's just say that I have low hopes. They have no system in place to report damage or do a condition report. That is very unusual and a huge red flag.

Excellent car wash! I recently washed and waxed my car at this location and I was very satisfied. The staff provided me with an excellent customer service experience, especially site manager James King who treated my car like it was his own. You can be sure I will remain a customer of this Valet Spa location for years to come.

I've taken my car here two times so far and had great experiences both times. Staff is friendly and they do a great job on my SUV. Pollen, dirt, sap/sticky substance, doesn't matter they've gotten it off both times. Definitely the best hand wash place I've been to in the DMV and I'll only be taking my car here.

I was in a quick rush to get the salt of my car. James and the guys had a few cars ahead of me but managed to get my car ready in an hour. I was able to make it home in time for date night with a clean car. Happy wife happy life😀. The car looked amazing as usual and I really appreciated their prompt service.

I recently got into a hit and run. I came here to get my car detailed. The associate named James saw the scratch and buffed it out, making my car look as if I just bought it off the lot only for an extra $60. The gentlemen were so professional and nice. I had to tip them twice. I will definitely come again.

Great place fantastic service made my car look amazing while I shopped. Will be coming here again for sure. My SUV looks flawless after the thorough interior and exterior detail. The employees are incredibly friendly and want to do a fantastic job.

Harvey does a great job cleaning my car. I have been going to Valet Spa from the first day they opened and have continued for over a year and a half. These guys are very detailed and take pride in their work. Thank you for the superb customer service.

Had both my cars cleaned here. These folks are timely, pay attention to details and were more than happy to clan the disaster zone my children made in our backseats. Most importantly, found the price reasonable against comparable services at other car washes/detail shops. Will be back again and again.

i have been going to valet spa for about a year and they do a great job taking care of my car both inside and out. their prices are pretty competitive for a hand-wash and detail. i also appreciate the communication they provide via text message on the status of your car. don't know all of the guys' names but frank and james are great. thanks, valet spa!

This is my second time going to the Valet Spa. And just like the first time, my Truck came back to me Shining like a Diamond! I will never go back to a regular car wash ever! This is my number one spot! I will tell all of my friends and Valet Spa! Customer Service is Amazing 😇😇😇

I did ultra interior detail cleaning for my old camry 2016. James and Harvey was very nice and help me a lot while my car was cleaning there. I recommend this place to people who wants to do detail or regular cleaning for their car! You can even shop while your waiting!

If you’re coming to the mall you might as well leave with a spotless car. I put these guys under the gun time wise and they came through. Very professional service and great attention to detail. This will be my new go to car detailer and convenience couldn’t be better.
