Hampton Inn & Suites Thibodaux

Jackie and Cree gave me, my wife and grandson excellent customer service!! We started out kinda bad because the room was not ready for check-in at 4. It was told to us that the dryer for the towels was out. We are in town for the world biddy basketball tournament. Anyways they called and said the room was ready. The basketball tournament is a well ran event but they can't control the time of the games as they often run behind. Our schedule constantly changes. The 2 front desk ladies took great care of us when we told them we needed a late checkout. They granted it to us so we wouldn't have to get an extra night. We didn't budget for that because we are from slidell, 2 hrs away. You all may not have gotten an extra night from us but, yall have a customer for life. Jackie and Cree handled it like a BOSS!!! The first Hampton inn in a week that has a clean bathroom. This place is immaculate. The staff is so accommodating. Our room is perfect. Reasonably priced. Definitely an A+

We were traveling to an event at Nicholls State. This hotel was clean and conveniently located. The rooms were nice. Breakfast was good and ready first thing at 6 am. I never miss a chance to pick a Hampton Inn.

This location is a good example of a classic Hilton. Nice clean room. Hot shower. nice sized TV. Beds are always a little too firm but overall a nice place.

Good breakfast Location is far enough away from the street to have no traffic noise. Right next to Sonic for some quick snacks.

Absolutely worth a stay if you're in the area.

The staff at this location is TOP NOTCH. If you ever have an issue here, get with the manager and she WILL make it right !! I cant say THANK YOU enough. You guys are great and I Appreciate ALL that you do for me and the rest of our company staff. Great Service, Great Rooms, and the absolute BEST staff in the business. BEST HOTEL IN THIBODAUX !!!!

Nice lady at check in and clean rooms. I would stay here again. It was perfect for our trip to Nicholls for my baby's orientation.

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely nice and professional.

We had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and the beds were really plush(topper) and made it easy to fall asleep. The breakfast was hot and ready which is one of only 2 reasons why we picked here. They had eggs (covered in cheese), sausage, ham or bacon (usually one meat), waffle maker, cereal, milk, granola, oat meal, muffins, orange juice, apple juice, etc. Just about all the things you could expect to have. The hotel staff was pleasant to deal with (checking in, during our entire stay, and while leaving.).. They are a pet friendly establishment which is the 2nd reason we chose to stay here. There is plenty of grass in the back for the puppy to walk around. This hotel is right next to Academy, which is great for me. And right behind several food places, (taco bell, sonic, waffle house and several others). Great location. Thank yall!

I always stay here when I visit my son! I love this hotel! It's always clean, and peaceful and so comfortable! The manager Shelby is absolutely an amazing woman! She is so kind and goes above and beyond to run things the right way she makes every guest feel like family!! I love our stays here and always look forward to Make. Shelby!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great and had a decent variety (even oatmeal with several flavor add-ins to choose from), and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a little lizard in the corner of the room when we first got there, but we caught him in a cup and the staff was very apologetic and offered a gift certificate or discount for the problem. We declined since it was harmless (and a little cute) and didn't cause any trouble. Also the lobby chairs and sofa are really comfortable!

We were taken wonderful care of during our stay. We are from Virginia and come down to see our family. We have stayed here 3 times and the rooms are big and the beds are so comfortable. The rooms have everything you could possibly need. I love the Hampton Inn & Suites but the people who work here are wonderful. There is a swimming pool that is open until October, there is a small shop to get anything that you could have forgotten. Also if you need a snack or a cold drink the shop has those too. They have a full buffet breakfast that is on until 10am and coffee all of the time. We love it here.

While we knew this would be a great hotel we were blown away! We are having renovations done on our house and needed a night away from the house. From making the reservations to the actual stay the entire experience was phenomenal. The rooms are huge clean and comfortable and getting connecting rooms was so easy. We will definitely return for a staycation this summer!

It was nice. It was clean. They serve breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and i meet a few people. It was so relaxing. Didnt want to leave.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfy. Hotel was quiet. Check in was super smooth. I don't have a single complaint about our stay here.

I am a frequent guest here due to work in the Houma area. I have only ever had one issue and it was resolved instantly. The breakfast is actually really good, the biscuits are not hard as hockey pucks and the eggs are good for a powdered egg. My only wish is they would bring back the bagel toppers! Man those things were good, but this is still hands down the best hotel breakfast I have had and I stay on average of 200 nights a year in a hotel. The upgraded fridge in (most) the rooms is an awesome touch!

This is go-to spot when we are visiting family in Thibodaux. My family and I have stayed here countless times over the last few years. Always friendly service and nice accommodations. The breakfast is delicious and rooms are clean. This particular trip we had a bit of a mix-up when checking in, which turned out to be TOTALLY our fault. We made the reservation for the wrong month - wow! But they quickly resolved the issue and got us taken care of right away without hassle. Great place to stay if you are passing through Thibodaux, LA

Although I booked through a 3rd party check in was actually at 4 instead of 3, so definitely not the hotels fault. Walmart, Lowe's, Academy in walking distance. Definitely would stay again.
