Doug's Service Company

After another HVAC company failed to remedy the issue, we decided to have an all new system installed and Doug's handled it with no problem! They arrived promptly at 8:30am, as scheduled, and didn't leave until after 9pm to make sure that the job was done and done right! They were very courteous and professional and showed great pride and expertise in their work. I will definitely recommend Doug's to anyone needing any kind of A/C work done. It's way too hot to play around with other companies that just want you to waste money!

I bought a new A/C unit from another company 6 years ago. I have never been satisfied with the output from the 4 ton unit. Dallas came and measured the A/C cfm's which was only 28%. He drew up a plan to remedy the air flow with new ductwork. Courtney and Mason were very professional, helpful and thorough with their install. Proper configuration, installment, strapping and sealing of boxes are a must at Doug's and made all the difference in the working, noise and probability the life of my unit.

As always Doug’s service is excellent the techs are most courteous and completely upfront about the issue and their honesty is above board. Never had any issues with their services dealing at least twenty years always pleased😇

Hi everyone ! I am a single mom, concerned for my safety.and called Doug’s for assistance! My hot water heater went out and when I tried to turn the breaker off it would not budge! So I panicked and first thing I thought fire with water dripping on a wire! So I called told them about my situation and in the rain they came out to put me in a safe mode until Monday when both the electrician and plumber from Doug’s could fix my problem! I give them a five stars!

I had to have a return call and Jonathan Betz came on a Saturday to help me out. He was prompt and professional. The problem was fixed in a short period of time. Another very positive experience with Doug's Service Co.

Service is good. Nick was polite business like and made a point to explain what was wrong with the generator did yearly service and renewed the service plan. More like Nick

I had a gfi in my kitchen that kept tripping whenever there was a thunderstorm and wouldnt reset, we tried replacing it with a new one but it wasnt working. So we called Dougs Electric theyd helped us before and we were really happy with their service. William Wommack came and fixed the problem quickly he was very nice and explained what the issue was, I'm so thankful cause that gfi shut off my fridge and dishwasher. Mr Wommack fixed it so if it trips in the future, my fridge and dishwasher will still run thank you so much!

Gage was awesome. There were a few unexpected challenges during the repair but he was a trooper. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. My repair took way longer than expected (several hours) but he worked it until it was properly completed. He didn’t rush it. Doug’s was recommended to me and I truly recommend it anyone who needs a plumber. Thanks to Gage I can use my kitchen sink now.

Doug's service manager came and completed service maintenance contract on generator. Which expired on
May 10, 2022/23, without any previous maintenance during that time. The service manager was very professional and honest during his time completing my services. His honesty convince me too extend my service contact on the generator for another year.

Kane was my service agent. He was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. He is top notch when it comes to customer satisfaction!

I was very pleased with the work Doug's did for me. They had to replace a water heater in my attic. No small feat as it was hot and difficult to reach the location. The service technicians did a great job and were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors.

I called Doug's when my a/c stopped cooling. The tech Eric was at my home within 30 minutes. He was very patient with my questions and took time to show me exactly which parts were damaged. He explained the steps and reason for the repair. He worked quickly. I would recommend Doug's for anyone needing quality, quick a/c repair.

Nicholas was a very nice guy. Polite and thorough. Explaining everything and answering all our questions. Would very much like to have him to service our a/c and generator in the future.

My heater stopped working during the nights we had that hard freeze nick at Doug’s came out first thing the next morning and got it working again, nick was very professional and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, I most certainly will be using Doug’s again for any problems I have around my house

Doug’s is awesome, had an awesome experience with the installation of my generator. Anthony Dunn and his helper Squirrel installed the system, couldn’t have made it easier for me. They worked all day, from 8:00-6:00, no breaks, great workers, awesome personalities, easy to talk to, answered all my questions , explained the system well to me. I haven’t had such a great experience in a very long time with a service company. These days you never know what you will get, but these guys have proved to me that there are still good companies that do quality work and Doug’s and his workers are very highly recommended by me. These guys worked so hard all day and were smiling the whole time, it’s awesome to see some young guys working so hard these days, something I haven’t experienced in a very long time. Anthony and Squirrel, you made a believer out of me again, hats off to you two guys, great job, good people, thank you for your hard work and great personalities, keep up the awesome work

The technicians who installed my generator were very courteous, professional. Joey who sold me the generator was very professional. I'd recommend Doug's for all Air Conditioning & Generator needs.
