McDonald's

We only ordered a drink and they had it ready at the payment window so we could leave faster. They were doing great keeping the line moving!

When you order a large drink but you get medium cup instead but charge for a large. This happens two times already

One of the more friendly McDonald’s I have ever been too. Good job staff! Keep up the good work!!

I don't typically eat fast food. However, I swung in here because another restaurant botched my order and we just needed something for dinner. The restaurant manager was on point! She was like a conductor with a symphony. And I don't say this lightly after being in the restaurant business for 34 years. All the staff was pleasant and I was in and out in 3 minutes. Good job

The store was recently redone. It is beatiful.

Not to be dramatic, but I haven’t had a McFlurry in years. Went to this McDonald’s and they made it/mixed it perfectly. Drive thru staff was also very nice.

Food is always good. Workers are a little rude.

Have to point out the district manager how awesome he was today. The line was long so he came out spoke to every car and got the line done in a few minutes. Awesome job of leadership.

The hashbrowns in the morning are hit and miss, but everything else is quick and top notch. The coffee is always excellent no matter how you like it, and everyone is super friendly.

I see many reviews that I cannot agree with here. I’m a frequent customer and I will say this. Service was always friendly, it was always clean, my order has never been messed up or confused. I like this place even though I don’t really like fast food. Staff is great. There is a kind of negative syndrome in some locals in Thibodaux where they will ignore a hundred good experiences somewhere and only write a review when they have an unsatisfactory experience, as if employees in there aren’t making next to minimum wage to be polite and respectful to people who treat them like garbage and take their customer service for granted. I have seen some pretty disrespectful customers that should take their pompous @$$ to a grocery store and cook their own food instead of unleashing their snobby wrath upon society’s fast food workers.
Family friendly environment, wheel chair accessible, clean, plenty of parking and peaceful environment most times. Worst case scenario is there will be a large group of loud children there. Not bad at all.

Usually pretty quick with the food. Haven't had any issues with my orders being messed up or missing so 5 stars today!

I go here for lunch quite often while I work and the food is always hot. The people are always friendly and smiley and it's the cleanest location in the bayou area.
