Andrew is very knowledgeable about his job and takes pride in his work. Need more Andrew's in this world. He made it a pleasure to spend money with AT&T. On a scale from 1-10 Andrew's rating would be a 20. Andrew deserves a raise and employee of the year.

AT& T representative solved my problem with his knowledge & was very friendly. He did not rush me & made me feel very comfortable since I am not knowledgeable with these things. He resolved my issues & I am very satisfied.

Didn't have to wait a minute before a happy employee helped me order a phone. Traded in my old cracked phone with a 1000 trade in value ! Process was easy and employee was patient and knowledgeable

I changed service from verizon Quite difficult dealing with verizon to release my phone number. David and Denzel made a difficult situation very easy for me.Took a little while, But they never gave up kudos to those gentlemen they ought to a get a raise. Warranties should be handled at the store and not online. Online people are not ashelp ful as in store people. Very few online people are good. Kelly Guillot was extremely helpful ful and too care of us professionally and feel very comfortable with her. She is loyal to her job and should be recognized for it.

Kiah was professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole usually annoying experience of getting a new phone. She knows what she’s talking about and made the process easy for us. Ask for her next time you’re here!!!

David Brown went over and beyond to help me. He is an excellent salesman. I went in for 13 for a promotion I had and I left with 14 Plus. I had problems with another phone and he researched it for me. Poor service with ATT loyal over the phone. Please commend David Brown for an excellent job! Boss man Denzel shout out to you also!
