Thibodaux Regional Urgent Care – Thibodaux

I came in around 11 am, the staff was extremely nice and patient. I felt comfortable being here and it was a quick visit, they are very fast paced. I was in and out of the office within thirty minutes.

The receptionist was super friendly, the nurses were very kind, and Doctor Taylor really listened to what my wife and I had to say and factored all of our concerns into the treatment plan. Truly an exceptional health care facility with extra exceptional health care workers who genuinely care about the people they treat.

Check in is quick, I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was nice and professional. Toni Roussel NP listened to me and came up with a remedy for my sinus issue. She has a great bedside manner.

Let me just say that the staff at thibodaux urgent care was the kindest most concern urgent care staff I have ever seen. Dr. Toni and Mel (probably Melanie) went above and beyond to help my 81 year old uncle. They definitely deserve some recognition for not only they care but their compassion towards their patients and their family

My visit was very good, wait time was minimal and the staff was very nice. Th Dr knew exactly what to prescribe to help me. I will definitely be utilizing this facility for future visits. Thank you

I’m visiting from Louisville, Kentucky and was so pleased to just be able to walk-in and get everything taken care of in a timely fashion. Everyone I encountered was friendly, competent and efficient. Dr. Landry was the physician who treated me. Among other positive qualities, he both has and appreciates a good sense of humor. Everything about the staff, facility and treatment exceeded expectations. That’s why I go there and would never hesitate to return.

Checking in was a breeze. Thibodaux Regional Urgent Care (TRUC) staff in Thibodaux has treated me with the utmost respect through the entire process. The NP (Toni) was very professional and sensitive to my health care. The TRUC manager (Mel) ensured I was satisfied and understood my home care instructions were clear before I was dismissed. I highly recommend TRUC for your urgent health care needs!!!
