Academy Sports + Outdoors

The store is clean, and the service was excellent. We weren't able to find the insulated coveralls my husband needed for a job he's doing in North Louisiana, this week. Wasn't a problem though, we will just visit the one in Monroe when we get there.

This is an amazing store. My family and I shop here often. They have a huge selection of clothing, shoes, fishing, and outdoor gear. The staff in Thibodaux are amazing, and friendly.

Academy Sports can take care of all your outdoor sportsman's needs. Employers are always courteous and helpful.

This academy was clean, the staff were friendly, and had the ammo and work clothes that the Academy in Houma didn't have in stock.

Dog friendly location, with friendly staff. Even looks nicer than the nearby one In Houma.

Update:. I was in need for a product and called up to inquire about it. After the recent hire that the phone handed it off to a manager (James). Who hunted down my item as if he was a seal looking for some krill. I know now should I ever need something I'm gonna ask to speak to James.

First time doing curb pickup! It was great! No issues at all. From the time I pulled up, tapped on the email/app to confirm I was in the spot I think it was all of about 3 minutes and my items were at my door! Will be doing curb pickup again soon!

100 percent better than the one in Houma!

Good location in Thibodaux. Didn’t have everything I wanted but the cashier highlighted the items I needed to buy online. Great service.

I went with my 3 year old to Pick out T ball equipment and this wonderful worker named Seth happened upon us. He was extremely helpful and got us exactly what we needed. Thanks a million for all of the help.

Had good sales on shoes and clothes. Looked around while waiting on someone. Store was clean and everything looked nice, employees were friendly.

Got clothes for school however didn't have belts in stock. Did get everything my daughter needed after making volleyball team in one trip. Love it for softball season too!

Store was very clean, all employees were wearing their masks and uniforms were neat. All employees were mindful of the 6ft rule and were very helpful.

Ordered online and my product didn't fit correctly. Brought them to my local Academy Sports Store for a full refund. No problems!

Academy Sports and Outdoors has UPF clothing and my daughter found me a pair of gloves that were UPF which is just like SPF. We found so many bargains I almost went broke saving money lol. There's plenty of parking. There's an entire row of socks so many socks they had a great selection of shoes and boots. I also purchased a pair of binoculars that are infrared and R-rated third best in the universe we have been enjoying those.

I love this store. Friendly staff and always have what I need.

It doesn’t have everything for outdoors but it has most of it I always like going to Academy
