I personally love this place and their services.
It is high standard and world class.
I have been their customer for years.
Overall:
Great staff and high standard services
Fast, quick, and rapid services.
Good inventory
Complimentary coffee and snacks, wifi, TV room, wait room.
Free carwash coupons for customers after services.
Nice vibe and huge lot.
Easy accessible from multiple entries.
Might be a little more expensive for some parts or products but it is normal for dealerships to be more expensive compare to regular small businesses.

Some feedback for finance team:
-Please remind new buyers to add the lender on the insurance payees. I missed that part when I purchased my car.

-please provide more

These are good people, come here and you’ll be taken care of! I randomly called at 6pm on a Friday night hoping to test drive some cars and after other dealerships had been short and not very helpful, Lucas was the opposite. We walked the lot, picked out all the cars I wanted to test drive. His main focus was just getting me the car I loved, and getting me a great deal! I had no intention of getting a car that night, but he wasn’t pushy at all, but super polite and kind and he made me want to give him my business! Which is the true mark of an incredible salesman! The whole team was also all so fun and made the process very painless. So thank you Lucas and team!!

We had our vehicle in this week. And I have to say I have Never experienced such an amazing team. Adam was our service guy and he and his team were going above and beyond helping us sort out what was causing our truck problems. His technicians worked several days to fulfill our needs in getting our truck finished. I wish I could do more to say how amazing the crew was. I will forever be a toyota customer because of them.

We just moved to Bellevue and it was time for my car 30,000 miles service. I went to Michael's Toyota of Bellevue and had the BEST and QUICKEST service ever. I was in and out in no time and left the place with a smile. When does that happen when visiting the car dealership?! I won't hesitate to book my next service with them and most of all, won't postponed as I used to do! Thank you :)

It’s kinda early to be writing a review as I just bought my used car less than 24 hrs ago and time will tell but the experience and service my wife and I received by jc and other employees was top notch. I’ve purchased new and more expensive in my past and not been treated as well as we were yesterday. We would definitely drive across the state again to purchase from toyota of Bellevue.

They will sell you a service until when you need for them to honor. There is a disconnect between what sales folks sell you in extended warranty and the service team trying to help out the customer. I was sold the Platinum extended warranty coverage which included roadside assistance. When I tried to call in, the service guy was unaware of such a feature on the extended service contract and send me on wild goose chase. He claimed he was the Moses in the service department and worked there for 28 years! Luckily I found the documentation that the coverage is indeed there and I chose to get the vehicle towed and serviced elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Michael's Toyota!

I recently visited Michael's Toyota with the intention of exploring the Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro and 4Runner models. However, I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer service I received.

Firstly, I was seeking assistance in understanding the differences between the Tacoma TRD Pro and 4Runner, as I was confused about which one would better suit my needs. Unfortunately, the staff members I encountered showed no interest in helping me make an informed decision. They seemed uninterested and unresponsive to my inquiries, providing little to no information about the vehicles.

Moreover, when I expressed my desire to test drive the Tacoma TRD Pro and 4Runner, I was met with resistance and told it wasn't possible on that particular day. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate my request further added to my disappointment.

Additionally, I had hoped to receive guidance on the specifications, features, and performance of both vehicles. However, the staff members appeared uninformed and unable to provide any meaningful insights. I was left to research and gather information on my own, which defeats the purpose of visiting a dealership for expert advice.

As a result of this disheartening experience, I have decided not to pursue a purchase from Michael's Toyota. Although the dealership may boast positive reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp, my personal encounter was far from satisfactory.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Michael's Toyota, highlighting the importance of attentive customer service and knowledgeable staff members. Future customers should be aware of the potential challenges they might encounter when seeking assistance at this dealership.

Attempted to buy a car here on May 29, 2021. Right from the start I felt unwelcome and dismissed, I should have left then. The sales representative was rude and disrespectful. I inquired for information on a RAV4, they had non available for sale on lot, understandably, and was handed a list of incoming vehicles. I was given very little guidance or attention, just a piece of paper. Never was I asked if I wanted to test drive or checkout one that was on lot for reference and as soon as I inquired about the price I was told that the price was the price and they had no need for negotiating with me since they were selling like pancakes. Lots of other rude things. I don’t know if it’s because of the way I was dressed, my ethnicity, or whatever so I can’t speculate on that. Finally had enough and told the sales rep that I would come back another time, he asked why. I explained that it was because he was being rude, indifferent, and unhelpful. He seemed confused, couple people looked our way, then all the sudden he wanted to be courteous. He then finally told me the price on the car I was looking for and it was actually reasonable. I would have bought the car if it wasn’t because of how they made me feel and I told them so. Left and called Toyota of Puyallup to put a deposit on an incoming car.

Take your business elsewhere. Preferably somewhere where they make you feel welcomed and appreciated, somewhere they value your business but also show kindness and respect. Because buying a car is more than just paying for it.

I have purchased many new cars from many different dealers in my life, and this experience was by far the worst. They couldn't get a single thing right and messed it up at every stage imaginable (Finance, Accessories, etc). After extensive delays, my new truck was finally ready to be collected, only to learn it had been damaged. I will never deal with the dealership again.

I chatted to get a price on a car. They said they needed my email and phone number to do so. I said no thanks, I'll hold. They dropped the chat.

I thought this was an error, so I re-connected a new chat and before I could ask a question, dropped again.

Thankfully there are 1000's of other dealers to buy from.

Gus gives off a strong air of dishonesty and deception. He asked invasive questions, tried to add on charges to the original quote, and refused to respect the warranty for malfunction after service.

I visited there on 14th of June and attempted to buy a car but sales representative was very rude very unprofessional and very unwelcoming. What kind of training they are getting there as if we have obligatory to buy and accidentally if you don't buy they just easily tells you don't bother to come here anymore. Catastrophic
