Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful! they have gone above and beyond with educating me on my puppy’s needs and preparation for her coming home. like they are up there with my vet when it comes to feedback on my puppy’s health. super nice, thoughtful. nothing but great things and people at this store!

Best pet store in SBC! Prices are AMAZING, you have got to go to Hollywood feed and stop going to the big chains. Prices, service, products, quality is so much better. The staff are amazing and we use the delivery service monthly, they bring our dogs food to us!!! You can’t beat the service. They are the best people and our fav pet store!

I love this place! It has everything u need for ur pet. Specifically for my Cali (who is a 2 yr old English Bulldog). Seeing this was my first visit I didn't know wut to expect. But, I was instantly greeted by a charming young lady named Cain. She was knowledgeable about the products in the store and offered suggestions about vitamins I could give Cali for her paw licking. Thank u for a great experience! I'll be back soon!

Lots of cool stuff for puppers and cats. I truly appreciate the vast grain free treats for dogs. Definitely worth the trip.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a wide variety of pet products. We greatly enjoy the high quality pet food they have and their lovely staff. Delivery is great if you can't make it into the store.

I love this place! The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My dog has an intolerance to chicken, and the staff can always point out safe training treats, food, and chews for him.
They also have cute gift ideas at Christmas for pet lovers on your list!

I was suspicious of the overwhelming 5 star reviews but this place is insane! Has good variety for dogs AND cats, and they sell food that has nutritional value rather than filler. They're hidden just to the left of Whole Foods, PLEASE go check them out!

Associates always great - greet you, ask how they can help, offer ideas to pet issues & offer to assist in taking purchase to your vehicle. Nice to know true customer service is not completely dead! Not to mention they sell the good stuff. No need to ever worry if products are cheap garbage. Nothing they sell is.

One of the best pet food stores I’ve ever experienced. Knowledgable and helpful staff. But really its the high quality of products across the board that had me coming back for my dogs. And not just expensive brand products but the bulk natural hooves, antlers, bully sticks and bones are way more affordable than the grocery store or big box pet stores and better for my pets

I’m never disappointed with any experience I have at the Shreveport Hollywood Feed. The store is so nice and the salespeople are consistently helpful and friendly. They also offer to carry out my large purchases which I really appreciate.
Another thing I love about Hollywood Feed is how it always support local rescue groups.

Great service every time I go in there. The employees are super nice and always willing to help. The products can be pricey, but for good reason. They only sell the highest quality products and I’m 100% okay with that. I feed my kitten Orijen brand Kitten food that is only sold with select vendors like Hollywood Feed. The finest nutrition for my kitten. I love this place!!!!

The store was clean and well organized. I was greeted as I walked in the store and one of the employees immediately came and helped me find the puppy food I was needing. He also had some wonderful advice and was very knowledgeable about the products and animal care.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They ask if there is anything they can help with and if something is out of stock they'll let you know when it comes back in stock. The store is organized and clean. It's a consistently pleasant shopping experience.
