I was never a gym person until I started coming here! Everyone is so friendly and caring, and the instructors (particularly Kelly and Farredeh!) are so encouraging and motivating. It’s not a chore when you come here. As someone who never excelled in anything “fitness,” they make it inclusive for everyone, giving options for people of every skill level, which is a HUGE confidence boost. It’s a little pricey, but it’s so worth it. 💜

I had lost my job, just had a baby, needed to lose my baby weight and was feeling down in the dumps. Then I found this place. I slowly started building my confidence back up and I am seeing results and overall feeling stronger. I love their classes and the instructors. This is the longest amount of time I have kept going to workout. I usually go for a couple of months and quit. I love the childcare so I can take my baby with me and the staff are so friendly. My daughter loves Ms. Linda! I I thought it was a little pricey but well worth it!

Best gym hands down! Best instructors hands down! I’ve been working out all my life and was so bored of everything else. This gym was a game changer for me. Thank you ladies for teaching me that fitness is fun and working out is a privilege and a gift.

If you want to feel comfortable when you workout and if you want results, you must come here!!! The instructors and this studio are amazing! You go in and you work out with family, with friends, with people who care about not only your health, but you as a person!! Amazing Gym!! Amazing Instructors!!

I have been with studio fitness since the beginning and I am here to tell you the best thing about this gym is the instructors and coaches. They have this AMAZING energy that makes you want to work harder and be better. You leave feeling accomplished every time!

I love this Studio, the classes and instructors are amazing and I have lost so much weight and feel healthy! Love it!

This gym is a very good gym. They don’t really have all the workout machines and equipment but they focus more on different types of classes. (Yoga dance /weightlifting /step etc) they also have spin. This is an all female gym so there’s no dudes there. Everyone there is welcoming and nice I haven’t met anyone that was judgey or rude. It’s a very uplifting gym and I was never into classes I thought I would prefer to just work out alone but these classes are very motivating.

The worst experience i ever had they try to get you in some kind of agreement and force you to pay huge amounts even when you want to leave membership. Plus no individual attention given .
