Sheraton Silver Spring Hotel

The rooms were very nice and clean. It was professionally maintained and was kept up well. The people working at the front desk were very nice an accomodating. My only small issues were that the bar staff seemed rushed to close the bar in the evenings. Also, I was staying at the hotel with my company. When I checked out the front desk charged my card by accident for the whole stay instead of just incidentals. It was a big deal though, and the people working the front desk handled it professionally

This hotel is tops in my book. I checked in and my room wasn't ready! The person at the counter didn't hesitate to upgrade my room at no extra cost. Then the hotel was clean, the room was huge! The bar and bartender made a great martini! Ask for one when you go! Minutes walk from bars, restaurant, and shopping! Will be back!

Great value for money. The hotel is at good rate, a short walk to the subway, making it a sort of an escape to the suburbs, after a day's work downtown. Breakfast looked limited at first glance but the taste was amazing; compliments to the chef. Room is spacious and clean

Great staff...especially Jackie, Angelina, and Dion...and the guy that drives the shuttle in the evening.

Would've been a 5 star rating were it not for the fact that you have to pay for a fridge and microwave SEPARATELY. I travel every week coast to coast and this is the first I have heard of something like that, especially with the cost of staying at this establishment.

Location is dope.

Rooms are comfortable, but the view sucks, not that it's any fault if the hotel.

And I have to commend housekeeping, as some days I slept in, some i left early, and not once did they bother me. Even with that said every time I returned, my room had been serviced!!

I had a great experience here at the Sheraton hotel /bar. The room was very clean and up to date. The hotel has a stocked bar in the lobby that I attended. My bartender Mario was awesome , very attentive and quick. I ordered steak tacos from "Mica" , the in hotel restaurant , and they were delicious ! The steak was a little chewy , but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. Overall I loved the atmosphere and vibes of the bar and my room was clean and quiet. Would recommend !!!

Spacious inside the room. Bathrooms are a bit cramped. No ethernet connection. Room fixtures seemed refreshed. No room service menu available in the room I was in, so not sure if it is available. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel. Access to parking is convenient through of the hotel elevator and is located at the bottom level.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Excellent desk staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet includes eggs, bacon, fruits, French toast, hot oatmeal and more. Convenient downtown location located ten minutes walk from subway stop. Nice room with 2 free water bottles daily. Elegant lobby, computer area, on site restaurant and Starbucks. I will be spending more time here no doubt.

Patrons seem middle tier, a mix of business class and common folk. Large number of teenagers around; I don't know what explains this. They were pretty well behaved and supervised.

Zero complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and functional. Starbucks in the lobby--awesome. Bar was stocked, bartender knew what he was doing. Great experience overall.

Nice hotel in downtown Silver Spring. The room was spacious with two comfortable queen beds. Service was great, they even let us check in early for free. Parking for $14 a day was pretty good. Overall a really good experience and I would return.

I'm at this wonderful hotel now - the level of service is truly spectacular. It's a terrific neighborhood, the amenities could not be nicer, the coffee is terrific, the 16th floor breakfast and evening lookout the perfect spot ... our whole team is here and could not be happier. The front desk folks are especially smart and helpful.

Awesome care of staff, especially Bem, Mario, Henry and another Spanish server, wish I knew his name that brought our meals to us, he was amazing. Everyone was so sweet and personable. They are keepers. Food was excellent, room was clean, bright, plush. Keep up the good work!

The hotel rooms were very well maintained. The staff was very helpful for any questions and requests we had. They even looked into making sure all our rooms were ready and if they weren't made other arrangements.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My family stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, one of which was the 4th of July. We wanted to go into DC for the fireworks and the front desk was extremely helpful in providing us a shuttle to the metro and giving us a detailed map of the metro and where we needed to get on and off.

i have stayed in four seasons, this is not competitable. However for the price I paid, it’s more than the money’s worth! Also it’s a pet friendly hotel, only at a fraction of what other’s charge! The breakfast was included and very decent food! Service was very friendly. Even had a shuttle that would take you to places!

I dine at Mica Restaurant at least 4 times out of the week and I must say that my servers Judy and Rahel are amazing. My usual order is the Caesar salad with salmon and grilled shrimp and if I must say, it is the most perfect salad in the world. I have also had the pleasure of meeting Angela and Orville who are top notch professionals and an awesome asset to your organization.

Everyone atbthe front desk were very nice, they really make you feel welcome I check in late because I had some delays and the employee at the front desk was super nice even though it was 1:00am!!!
When I check out Danielle and Justin were super nice too. They really make you want to go back again.
Also, I had trouble finding my car in tbe parking lot, and I asked for help, there was Luis Hernandez who helped me looking for it.
I really recommend this hotel!

If you want to stay at a motel where you are treated so good, nice rooms, the price is amazing for all you get there and the location was great for me, was visiting son and dtr-in-law, was 40 steps from motel to them. The lounge staff was very friendly and down to earth. Everyday;all day you are greeted in lobby with a smile and are asked if all is ok, and were there to help in anyway. I had read a few reviews elsewhere and was afraid to stay there, those people did not stay there for sure, this place is wonderful, you need to go there if you want to have a great hotel experience, thank-you Silver Springs Sheraton.

Comfortable rooms in an attractive urban hotel. The Sheraton is on the north end of downtown Silver Spring on Georgia Ave, which makes it easy to get to from the Beltway. It has pet friendly rooms and a nice park is right across the street. There is a parking garage, but parking is not free.

Mom want try this place. Had shrimp and pasta, very tasty
She had the New York strip. She love it. Cooked perfectly and very tasty with grilled asparagus and potatoes.
She want to try with me before she took her friends. It is on the list.

I visited the hotel starbucks on more than one occasion. I enjoyed my beverage but also the customer service I received from Courtney. The store was very nice & welcoming I will definitely recommend my friends to this location.Keep up the good work Courtney!👍🏾
