Five Below

I saw some really nice items at one of my friend’s place, when I asked, got to know about this Five Below store in the Silver Spring mall. When I first visit this place I was just amazed by looking at the stocks they have. I love collecting animation movie characters, and I was so happy finding Star Wars characters and droids here. The store seriously have very unique collection of toys and useful items. Was very impressed with this store. The store has also very nice collection of graphic T-shirts, jewelry items, some great organizing stuffs, very nice planters and many more useful items. Great store with great items.

This was my first time visiting this location, and no complaints. The store was clean, well stocked and the associates are nice. I don’t believe I saw anything in the store that was over $5, but I went in looking for one specific thing. This place has a huge variety for a great price.

Ervin is the BEST! Whenever I’m in the area and he’s there he is usually running the register by himself…he never gets frustrated and he moves the line! He is the definition of great customer service

Lots of little quick items to purchase. $5.00 gift items for children. My Purpose for the visit was to get inexpensive work out items. I also found interesting helpful books🤗🤗🤗. Plus a couple of extra items. Just remember $5.00 each item adds up quickly 🤣🤣🤣🤣. There are items under $5.00 as well. This store was very clean. 👍👍👍👍

I love this store. Surprised to see one within in Elsworth Place downtown Silver Spring. All things are reasonable here and have good selection of products. I usually get my inscents & headphones here. I paid $5 for my headphones & it lasted me over 2 years. So if looking to save some money, but want quality products. I would recommend trying products from here.

I love this store!!! It' has trendy, great items, you'd not expect to be $5.00!!! It's well stocked with a great variety of items!!!! Need improvement with returns, without receipt, with the very store manager. Bummer.

Why call it five below if you are going to get new items to sale that more than five bucks & we are still very much in a pandemic something ain't rite I understand making more money but what about #WeAreInThisTogether motto we are suppose to have as a country. I mind as well go some place & pay regular price but than you put holiday stuff half price like then St Patrick Day tshirts & another thing there was a black guy working the Silver Spring location where I visit he was rude pushed my 1 item I purchased for under 5 bucks than snatched the money out of my hand. That's totally unacceptable meanwhile another young lady was on the phone while clearly at work I'm sure y'all pay her to work & not be on the phone I know she was working cause she went back to the register & said I can help the next guest. Yes I pah attention to everything especially when I'm spending money they I don't have again during a pandemic get it rite I will refuse 2 spend any more money here & that's a fact. Oh yes the associate that was rude his number 609026

The manager, Gaylord, made my day today. He was really nice and helpful to my daughter and I. He really had us laughing. She loves the socks she got there lol. If someone doesn't like Gaylord they might be the problem lol. The store is neat and well stocked.

My experience was GREAT. The cashier with tattoos was nice and friendly. She also cleaned the counter and debit card machine before I used it.

This store is clean and organized. It hasn't been inside of the Ellsworth Mall for long but the staff is very pleasant. It's a great place to shop for games for the family.

To be honest,workers here are too nice to customers, they always greats customers and make you comfortable while in the store! Plus this store got nice cheap stuffs with good quality!

Nice place to shop, it's like a fancy dollar store. A huge variety of things to catch your attention. Very good deals too.

It has somewhat everything you need but if items are 5 & below then why does items cost more than 5$ that's false advertising

The employees are very friendly welcome you polite will help you find what you need if they carry the item

This is my favorite Five Below in the area love the layout of the store. Stuff for kids and adults at great prices.

AWESOME place. Purchased a lot of toys. But was surprised at all the other items they dold.
