These are realy good folks. They know their stuff, and they make you feel comfortable while they provide you with first class service. They figured out a way to save my hearing when I had lost hope. I'll be forever grateful to Amber and the rest of the staff for what they did for me today.

My first hearing and tinnitus test went very well. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, and I came away from the appointment with all the information I needed to move ahead with treatment. Dr Thomas explained the testing process and results in a conversational style which was easy to understand.
I would recommend Dr Thomas and her staff to anyone with a hearing issue.

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Dr. Griffin today. Very patient with us elderly customers. Took the time to explain everything, at times twice. Office location very convenient. Office staff friendly and explanatory as well.

I took my Dad for testing to the Loganville location last year. The audiologist was very thorough. We purchased hearing aids and have been back a few times to make sure all is working properly and customized for my Dad. The staff is extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

My first encounter with the clinic was in support of my husband who was experiencing tinnitus. The staff are very friendly and professional and he felt comfortable right away. Dr. Griffin was and has been a great support for my husband and for that I'm truly grateful. Not only him, but the receptionist Amber who always wears a smile and always eager to help in anyway she can. We are grateful to the Lord that He directed us to them because they have made a difference in my husband's life.

I have been to several different physicians trying to figure out where my balance issues are coming from. I made an appointment with this office to get custom ear filters and to see if they could rule out my dizziness. I saw Dr. Griffin at the Loganville location. When I say he was amazing, I mean just that. For the first time in three years someone said they would know what was wrong with me by the end of all the testing. So many doctors before just said, well we think its this so lets just treat that. He was very knowledgeable on what we think might be the issue. I am very excited to have found this office. He said they are only one of three locations in the entire state to have a certain test. One place being Emory. The office staff were very friendly and made this process easy as well. I cant recommend them enough!

Just walking into this office was calming and comforting. The staff, from the receptionist on up were so friendly, caring, and compassionate. The doctor explained everything in good detail and answered all of my questions with compassion. I never felt rushed. I felt she truly cared about my concerns and went beyond my expectations to help me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I love this doctor and her staff!!! They are just fabulous! Not only as an audiologist and her employees, but as Christian people that truly care about the people that come through their office!! I've never heard better in my life, and it's all because of Dr. Thomas and her ability to not only identify my problem, but to put me in the best hearing aids available in the price range I can afford. Dr. Thomas and her staff are A#1in my book!!!!

We had an amazing experience checking out my daughters hearing. Dr. Griffin was great and thoroughly explained everything and had a great bedside manner with my daughter. The office staff (and pup) were a delight.

Location is very convenient. Staff is friendly and they are always there to help you. I feel very comfortable seeing Dr. Thomas and you are treated with respect and all my questions are answered. Dr.Thomas is very up to date on the latest technology in hearing aids and does not hesitate in finding the best hearing aid to improve my hearing capabilities.

My visit was a great experience. Mags was such a great help in many ways. The Audiologist kristen made me feel very comfortable. She explained to me every step of the way what she was doing. In all of the many years of using ENT’s and audiology, I have never experienced such a detailed examination and explanation as we had today. My husband has severe hearing loss and has had two sets of hearing aids in the past. They never really explained what the hearing aids were supposed to do or what they’re not doing or if there a better one until today. In the past it has been “here this is what you need pay me a lot of money and goodbye.” Dr. Thomas does not run her business that way. She spent an extraordinary amount of time with us and explained to my husband what he’s hearing and what he’s not hearing and the different sounds and turns out that as we suspected he has a profound hearing loss. She then recommended hearing aids just for him and programmed them on her computer, fit him , and off we went . we’re going to try them for two weeks and then return them for a slight charge if he doesn’t buy them or purchase them. It’s only been an hour and he is telling me that he’s hearing sounds that he hasn’t heard in years. I highly recommend hearing and balance clinics for your hearing loss

I cannot say enough about this place! Everyone here always goes out of their way to take care of my dad and his hearing aid needs. Everyone's very professional, but I especially love the fact that they treat my dad like family. He loves to visit their office and doesn't want to leave when we get there. He has a fun personality and they love joking with him too. It makes his day AND mine. We truly love Hearing and Balance Clinic!

G’Anne is a wonderful Audiologist. A Knowledgeable, caring, informative, professional. Whether you end up needing hearing aids or not, you will know where you stand and have your questions fully answered.

G’Anne and staff were phenomenal. Took their time with me and answered all my questions since this was the first time to have hearing aides. Gave me options to consider explaining the benefits of each focusing on making sure my experience was the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had been dreading this appointment, but it was a great experience! I felt completely comfortable and had my questions answered professionally and compassionately with no pressure to make decisions I was not ready to make.

I was seen very quickly. So quick in fact, I wasn’t even able to look though the Paul Rudd article in People. That’s the only “complaint” I have :)
Dr. Thomas was very nice and explained everything to me very thoroughly.
