Trenz Shirt Company

As Alabama fans, we were pleasantly surprised to find this SEC Champions hat. Now we don’t have to order one online. There is a great selection of brands at Trenz. I’m sad the Alabama merch is selling out, but it’s understandable. Any Georgia fan could spend an hour looking through all the merchandise.

Shelly and Kelly are amazing!! They are the sweetest and so supportive! Mark is always willing to help his customers and do whatever it takes to keep things going. I love the employees that worked with me. Definitely worth shopping and working here!

We ordered a shirt from them on December 19th through Amazon. Amazon had stated that the seller marked the shirt "Shipped" on December 21st. We waited and waited and waited for our package (which had no tracking). After calling the company on December 30th we discovered that the company did not in fact ever ship the shirt due to very short staffing issues and an overwhelming amount of orders. The lady we spoke with was super informative and apologetic about the issue and made sure our order went out the day we called. The biggest issue was it being marked as "Shipped" on Amazon and we still aren't sure if that was an automatic Amazon response or an error on the company's side. Either way all it took was a kind phone call to the company, and some grace and patience to get the shirt we ordered. Thank you for doing what you guys could do with the situation you all are in.

I'm their biggest fan!! Excellent online customer service! I needed t-shirts on the fly for a company event, they had them out for shipping the same day! I did pay for expedited service but I didn't expect the same day! I even emailed them asking for assistance and they responded quickly. I just got the shirts (in just 2 days!!!) and they are exactly as described. Will definitely do business with them again!!!
