I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with and knowing Charles at TipTop Plumbing, both through our company at Berry Real Estate & Design Build and personally, over the last 10+ years. He’s extremely knowledgeable and one of the most honest and trustworthy people I’ve ever hired or worked with. He’s always quick to respond, extremely thorough in his work and fair in his pricing. Contacted Tiptop about a leak under our kitchen sink. Charles was quick to respond and was out to our house within a few hours. He was able to give me a estimate on what needed to be done by some photos I text to him. He was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the work he did. I contacted Charles because of his great reviews. Happy to be another satisfied customer! Will definitely be contacting him with any future plumbing issues!

We've tried A LOT of plumbers over the past 35 years - and went through a lot of hit or miss. I got Charles name from my mother-in-law awhile back. That was about ten years ago and I'm soooo glad I found him. Since that time, he has fixed a bunch of stuff for us from leaky faucets, leaky toilets, clogged shower, etc. He's a perfectionist with his work and is a great detective in finding solutions for difficult plumbing issues. He doesn't leave until the problem is solved and the job is done completely. He returns calls promptly and shows up on time. He is personable and professional and is everything you are looking for in someone coming into your home. If you are looking for a great plumber, you have found the right guy in Charles. We have used Tip Top Plumbing a few times over the past couple of years. Charles is our go to for any Plumbing issues. He has installed a toilet and rerouted pipes for a bathroom vanity most recently. He also installed a gas line in our kitchen for a gas stove.

Charles was excellent in helping us with some hot water heater problems. There were other plumbing issues we thought of while he was here and he was happy to fix those as well. I was extremely pleased with the work done by Tiptop. After repairing a leaky bathroom sink drain I had them back to head up the installation of new kitchen appliances, new sink installation and to look after the whole renovation except for the granite counter tops. The professionalism of Charles and his crew was exceptional. He kept me inform as to the progress of the job, and when he said he would call, he called; when he said he would be there, he was there: all qualities that are sometimes lacking these days. I found myself in a plumbing emergency around 11:30 a.m. after discovering water in my basement from a leaking water heater. I did not know a trusted plumber, but remembered seeing a plumber's truck at my neighbor's house recently. I called my neighbor who highly recommended Tiptop Plumbing Services, Inc. owned by Charles Glaze. I got in contact with Charles around Noon only to discover he was about 50 miles from my house on another job. He said he would do everything possible to help me.

Charles and his helper arrived at my house around 4:30 p.m. with a new water heater. He finished the job around 8:30 p.m without leaving. He had everything he needed on his truck for the water heater installation and to address a couple of other issues.

Excellent experience with Tiptop Plumbing. We had pressure issues with our main water supply which caused a leak at the hot water heater. Charles was able to be here the day after we called and had everything to do the job on the truck with him. He was up front with all costs and explained what all he was going to do. Within about two hours he had everything fixed and in better shape than it was originally.

I have known Charles and used his services for over 15 years now. He has completed several jobs in my home and I have never been disappointed. Charles is extremely professional, dependable and fair. I had used Tiptop Plumbing a few years ago for a sump pump replacement and liked the work so much I spent about an hour searching through receipts and old checks to find Charles again. This time when we called him, he spent probably 15 minutes on the phone with us to troubleshoot our problem... successfully. Cost me $15 for a part at Home Depot. All Charles said was, "if that doesn't fix it, give me a call back." He is very professional and definitely knows plumbing. I won't call anyone else.

7/27/2019 Apparently I cannot post a new review so I will just add to this one. I had another plumbing issues and dropped a text to Charles who responded promptly and asked for pictures if my issue. He later called (late on a Friday night no less) and gave me some suggestions (which worked) and this time I was able to fix it (stubborn tub handle removal) myself. Thanks Charles. And you know you are my guy when I have to call in the pro!

I have used Charles for the smallest plumbing problems to re-piping a whole house.
He is knowledgeable, friendly, and pricing is extremely reasonable.

We own a 149 year old cabin and it presents challenges. I would never use anyone other than Tip Top Plumbing. They did the renovation upgrade installation well as all the long-term plumbing needs... repairs... reconstruction... and specialty needs required of an old home made modern. They are quick to respond, do excellent work, and are always pleasant. Charles is a creative problem-solver. I very highly recommend Tip Top Plumbing. They are what they say: "Tip Top" in service.

Charles is the ultimate professional. Very personable, always wanting to make sure your questions are answered and that he has made suggestions to help. He has completely redone my master bath with intricate plumbing work in the shower and has assisted many times when I've just called for advice. Could not recommend him more highly.
