Put my experience in a single word. "Excellent" I've never met a better salesman than Drew. I had recently totaled my car and was having a terrible time finding the ideal vehicle for me. That's when Drew from Enterprise reached out to me and assisted me through the entire process, enabling me to drive off the lot in my ideal car. Excellent customer service; I wholeheartedly suggest them to anyone who is considering making a new vehicle purchase. Drew went above and beyond, which is really appreciated.

I just want to take this time to say a big thank you to Mike and Darnell for doing an amazing job helping me out today to get a car. They really went above and beyond to understand my needs and my credit situation. Mike suggested some great options for us. I was able to choose my favorite car and take the car home today.

I went to enterprise. I went to enterprise located on W. Patrick Street in Frederick MD to rent a car after I was rear ended, and my car was totaled. The rental store manager by the name of Heather and I got to talking and I explained to her about my accident and with my permission she forwarded my contact information to her sales officer in Rockville and I received a call from a woman named Allie and her partner Caleb who reached out to me that same afternoon to schedule an appointment for me to come look at some cars they had available within my price range. It took me a few days to get out to Rockville from Frederick as I was waiting for the insurance company to issue me payment since my car was a complete total, but once I knew the amount I was being paid Allie found something for me that I was happy with within my budget fairly quickly I would say within hours. My used Hyundai ELANTRA that is still a brand new car to me, is only two years old and only had 65,000 miles on it. I purchased the extended warranty because I know that not everybody treats, their cars, the the same (especially rentals). All in all it was very quick, and painless process. I have incurred a few issues with the car since I purchased it however, Caleb was very quick to step up and correct the problem or refer me to the people that can. It’s nice to know that even though I already purchased a car that they are still there to help me when I need it. The best part is that I still don’t have a car payment!

Mike, Anny, Darnell & Bobby were the best at Enterprise car sales in Rockville. They were super welcoming to me, my wife and my two kids. Played soccer, basketball and colored books with crayons with my 4yr old and she loved it. Best group in the business, you'll feel very welcomed and may think they really are your blood relatives. Great rates, superb cars. Got my 2020 jeep grand cherokee and I'm yet to see any faults. Keep up the good work. Highly appreciated. Only suggestion i have, please get a family oriented bathroom.

5/5 recommend getting a car from Enterprise. I didn’t even know that they sell cars until I rented a car for a trip. They’re very helpful and aren’t pushy for their customers to buy a car right then and there. Andrew was very helpful and funny. I highly recommend requesting for him as a salesman to help you look for a car. I wanted a newer Elantra, but their store didn’t have one in stock, he took the time to travel out of state to get the car for me. Made sure the car payments were at a rate that fit for my budget. He was also helpful with answering all the questions I had (even after I had bought the car). Highly recommend going to enterprise, for a new car.

Mike and Anny were incredible. My vehicle died Saturday night, I put in my inquiry for the vehicle I liked on Sunday, Mike followed up Monday morning, asked if I would like to come in same day, and was not pushy or aggressive through the entire experience. I got into the car I wanted with great financing options, their warranties and GAP coverage were also very affordable compared to other dealerships. From my arrival to driving out in my new used car the entire process took an hour and a half and it was a great experience the entire time. For a 2 year old prior rental vehicle the car is immaculate and runs great, tires appeared to be almost brand new, I have already recommended them to friends because they were so great to work with.

If I could give 100 stars I would! Truly exceptional staff that goes above and beyond to make your car buying experience smooth and stress-free. I bought a 2019 Nissan Versa and Mike helped me make sure all my payments were right where I wanted them to be - he even stayed after closing to make sure I got the car I wanted! Anny and Caleb also helped in assisting with my Trade-In and giving me an amazing offer. They even took the car for a wash and filled up the tank for me! Another plus is that they even put a big bow on the car and take your picture! These employees look out for their customers and make sure they get the best rate possible and aren’t selfish. Truly amazing dealership! I would recommend Mike, Anny, and Caleb to assist in all your car buying needs!

The whole process took less than two hours. Carlos and Darnell were courteous and they helped us find the car we needed and the financing we could afford. This was our 2nd time buying a car from this location. We definitely recommend this Enterprise Branch and Carlos along with Darnell to anyone who may be in the market for a car.

Mike Negussie squared me away extremely fast after helping me pick out and advise me on a car that I fell in love with. I didn’t come thinking I was going to get the car of my dreams! And Erin was there to help every step of the way!! These guys here at the Rockville location performed superbly and gave me WORLD CLASS customer service. It took me too long to write this post, but at the same time it should really show you how amazing Enterprise & their used rental cars for purchase are. Not only was the business itself welcoming, run efficiently & a company I not only will go back to in the future if I need another vehicle, but have and continue to share their information to people looking to buy vehicles as well. It’s been about 2 months since I bought the car & it is running perfectly!! The best part about the whole experience though was the employee I worked with who sold me my 2020 Nissan Altima. Her name was Allie Granados. She was so informative, helpful, professional, patient, honest & friendly. She answered all my husband and I’s questions & even when my dad called to check out the vehicle she was just as kind and helpful to him. Enterprise never sells you a used car that has had a recall on it & if there is a problem with the car after purchase you have a given amount of time to get it fixed. For example, I bought the car and a day or so later the brakes started squeaking really badly. I contacted Allie and she quickly helped me get my car reinserted by them and once the brakes were confirmed as needing repaired they got it fixed for me immediately. As for a dealership (and even a car rental agency) Enterprise is the best! & Allie Granados makes this specific Enterprise a car buyers dream come true. I can’t thank her enough!!

I love my new car!! Thank you to Jason, Casey and Mike were all are amazing. Initially, I came in looking for a car and worked with Jason who was absolutely amazing and helpful. He was very detailed with me especially since this would be my first car. Unfortunately, he was transferred to a different location (HE WAS AMAZING HERE), but visit him in the Lanham location (I believe this is where he was transferred). Casey took over for Jason and worked really hard to find the particular car that I wanted. He was able to find a car with better mileage and more features at a very reasonable price. Mike worked with me on the numbers and was able to ensure that everything was affordable for me. They all provided excellent customer service and made me feel like my money was well spent.

I was extremely blessed to have purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry SE from Anny and Mike. They helped my car process in a matter of hours and now I'm enjoying my new car. Truly honest people who want to help YOU and not themselves was upfront about any question and even gave tips that we didn't know from prior. Prices were good with good vehicles available. They even filled up my take and took my new car for a wash before giving it to me so definitely a nice dealership and I'm going to recommend anyone looking for car to shop with Anny and Mike and Rockville
