Typical car shopping store, they have a broad range of selection. And a lot of components to match your vehicle's need. Plenty of parking outside. Customer service knows their things. Its like the giant for cars.

Thomas is the only reason why I give this store 5 stars. He is an attentive and a patient person. Very willing to help and to answer questions. NOT Raquel. I found her indignant, impatient, and rude. If you need good customer service, ask for Thomas.

Came here to get my windshield wipers changed. When I got in line, there were 2 other people with the same issue. The guy working there, Shachka, was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable and replaced my wipers for free. When some other shoppers saw him replacing them, they came in for new wipers too. Great service!

I'm sure it has all the parts a car enthusiast would expect, but the selection of accessories is very exciting to see those who spend hours everyday on the commute. Uber drivers feel bliss. And the service is very attentive and knowledgeable.

I will often use the Advance Auto app to find applications for my 2008 Civic Coupe, be it headlight bulbs, battery, brake parts or other random hard-to-find items like 14-16 gauge wire bullet connectors, 22-2 wire, and some other really vague stuff.

I've called to ask staff to check stock and they've always been happy to put the item up front with my name on it to pick up later that day. The store is often busy so expect to be patient, especially prior to snow storms or when it rains. It seems one associate is often outside replacing wiper blades, batteries, headlight bulbs or assisting a customer in some other way.

Covid-19 Edit - The staff use PPE and follow all proper social distancing guidelines. Please do the same when entering or working with them outside. The store is set up appropriately with directional aisles, six-foot dots and plastic barriers at checkout.

Today the candor and helpfulness of the staff made for a pleasant experience. Why I visit this store.

Had to get a new battery for my RV. Nice friendly service from the counter guy.

So I was in a pinch looking for special bolts that fell off my plow truck. I needed 10 of them and couldn't find them anywhere. To a Longshot and guess what... they had them. Not even the big hardware stores had it.

As a former customer now currently employed by the company I must say it gets busy but I believe our customer service is top notch. I personally try to be as helpful as I can as some of our customers have had or are having a bad day when comes to auto repairs and it's always a pleasure.

We went to the store to buy a windshield shade for our car. A store employee helped us to make our selection, so I'll have to credit them with good customer service.

Being a car guy I visit this store often and find all the staff friendly and helpful plus they have very good specials on auto products

Convenient and you can get most of the parts for your vehicle for a decent price.

Needed a special fuse and they had it in stock even when the dealer didn't. Great people very helpful.
