Safeway

This Safeway is in an upscale neighborhood and the stock and upkeep show it. The selection of merchandise is above average and the quality of produce, bakery goods, packaged deli goods and even the flower section is very good. The prices reflect the area but you can play the sales so it doesn't impact the bottom line too much.
A very nice grocery store.

Can walk over and always count on discount off-brand energy drinks and a mean selection of Hot Wheels by the self checkout.

Store is Improving now that James has arrived at the front end Management. I’ve seen a few managers come and go, they BETTER not let him change locations

Great place to stop first thing in the morning to pick up lunch items or other necessities. Not even the Starbucks had a line! Very convenient location.

Decent Safeway overall. Pretty cleaner and well stocked, sometimes not right before closing. Main thing is the cashiers are always cheerful and speedy. This actually makes the shopping experience much better in my opinion.

This store is clean, well organized and stocked up at all times. The produce section is well organized with an assortment of fresh vegetables, fruits and Herbs. I enjoy the shopping experience here as it is not crowded, neat and well organized. Staff are friendly and courteous.

This Safeway is great! Always clean and well stocked, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and parking is easy. Produce is pretty good, meat department is very good. The coupons and loyalty card specials are wonderful! This is my #1 stop for groceries.

Just love the cuts. Two ladies here, Teresa and Adele, have been taking care of me since well before 2005. (Both were at another Hair Cuttery, since closed, in Derwood.) Unfortunately, Teresa has retired, but Adele is wonderful. I have extraordinarily thin hair (picked the wrong grandmother's, both of whom had red hair, and who greyed early, and were nearly bald!). Plus, I am allergic to any sort of perfume, scented lotion, shampoo, etc. With extraordinary understanding and patience, these two ladies have helped me get a good cut. Just make you happy to be alive! (Plus, they let me practice my not-so-good Spanish.) They are always accommodating...as we have all had a crazy 14 months. But, when we had to make advance reservations, things always flowed smoothly. Just a pleasure. Parking is a tad difficult in front, but lots of space generally at the Safeway 1/2 block away.

Today sat aug 6 around 12 45pm at Safeway on Redland rd . I use the self check out. The gentleman before me left with the groceries in the cart without paying his groceries for 54 $ . He is 6 ft tall very athletic build ,black aged around 30 to 40 and wear a blue polo shirt . He appears well dressed and handsome too. He come out from the entrance near redland road . I love this safeway because it is clean and large and friendly . Hope it remain open for a long time

This is the best Safeway ever! My check Guage light came on and the oil pressure dropped to 0. I pulled in and one of the employees. I didn't get her name, called around and found a guy that showed me how to put oil in my suv. Above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!

This is a great, BUT PRICEY, grocery store. I only shop here if I can't get something at bargain or international stores. The deli is really good, though, as is the bakery. If you sign up for Just4u you can get free stuff and other coupons. It's always clean, and they've had some of their employees there for over 10 years. It's an icon in the king farm community.

The Redland Safeway at Kings Farm is spacious and well stocked. It is well managed, as there are always cashiers available and the store is very clean. As for the Safeway Pharmacy on premises, this is 1 of the best I've seen. The pharmacists are totally professional, and their customer service is excellent.

I've been wanting to acknowledge this Safeway located conveniently in King Farm and in particular, Jennifer, who has been a real blessing during this challenging time. She always wants to help whether it's a product or the stubborn self checkout machine. But most of all it's her kindness and caring that makes the difference. She raises the vibration and lifts spirits. She's just awesome!!!! So awesome she wins 5 carts !!!!!🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒

Great store with excellent pre-made lunch item and a very good deli and bagel bar. I also like that the store is not so large that you have run up and down every aisle to find what you want. Cannot forget to compliment the staff. Always friendly and helpful.

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to the Safeway Pharmacist Daniel! He goes above and beyond professional expectations when trying to locate certain meds and pricing. He is so dedicated, caring, and most efficient always in what ever he can do for our family. The staff team clerks are amazing too in accommodating, and we have been using this pharmacy for 8 years.
