Dawson's Market

I love buying at Dawson’s, high quality food and brands - but you won’t find some regular and popular brands there, it has more selective and organic products.

Also love their classic hot chocolate and the other flavor “hot chocolate”, like peppermint, cinnamon and others.

I ordered from the online catering menu for a dinner party 2 weeks ago. I phoned the store to ask for guidance on my selections and portion sizes. The owner got on the phone and helped me make appropriate choices. I appreciated the service and the food was over the top fantastic and plentiful - Pesto chicken, Mediterranean orzo and grilled veggies. Dawson's is my new go-to for serving a crowd. Highly recommend.

I attended a Greek cooking class and wine pairing at Dawson's Market. The chef was a professional chef and demonstrated preparing and cooking five dishes: Greek meatballs, zucchini fritters, pan fried Halloumi cheese, Spinach puree with toasted walnuts and garlic, and Tzatziki sauce. We sampled all dishes one at a time accompanied by pita bread and tzatziki sauce. A rep from Global Wines introduced us to five Greek wines - white, rose and red which he paired with each dish. Everything was delicious, it was a fun and relaxing afternoon.The employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Most items are available for sale at Dawson's and we received the recipes to make these dishes at home. This market is a gem. It's more than a grocery store. It has a craft beer and wine bar, a cafe, a smoothie bar with fresh juices and coffee, a small bookshop, gifts and much more.

Fantastic family owned grocery! I just moved to Rockville and have found the staff at Dawson’s to be very friendly, showcasing fresh produce and a variety of brands similar to Whole Foods.
It makes Rockville feel like a home. I hope they stick around.

Go grocery shopping here and find healthier options as well as fresh baked goods and a great beer or wine as well! These folks are also wonderful to work with if you want to host a morning work conference or seminar for the community. We love Dawson’s!

One of the best organic and healthy grocery stores in all of the DMV! Particularly, I really love the fact that they carry Susosu Water, a local premium water brand! Highly recommend you guys try it out! Best quality water I've had!

Great hot and cold sald bar or made to order sandwiches.

The food bar, Juice Bar and grocery options were perfect! I did groceries, grabbed an awesome lunch from the hot bar and had a fresh juice from juice bar. I love the convenience of Dawson's and the friendly staff. It makes you want to keep coming back.

Had a wonderful delicious salad with fresh greens and many varied tasty and healthy ingredients- all of which are on my “diet” Dawsons is a wonderful neighborhood grocer. I highly recommend their salad bars hot and cold and their coffee and juice bars-

Dawson's is a great source for wine, beer, cheese and specialty items, but don't come expecting a wide selection of fresh produce. Think of it like a Mom's Organic with a wine bar.

Very similar look and feel to a Whole Foods. Lots of great healthy prepared food options, craft beer on tap, and a great grocery store. You'll pay for it but a great option.

Came here for first time and met Amina. I asked her for an explanation of the beers and she sampled me through the three and carefully explained them.
I bought a growler of Cushwa DIPA!

I've been going to Dawsons for about 10(?) years now for lunches and groceries. I really like them and feel that they've adapted well to the needs of the community with an excellent variety of staples and gourmet offerings. I'm also very glad to see that the salad bar is coming back into it's former self with a nice selection of options. I like to hit the salad bar between 11:30 and 12:30. My experience has been that it's looking good and well stocked in that timeframe. I'd also like to give a shout out to Lila. Lila is always there and smiling, ready with a greeting. I enjoy our brief exchanges. Every business needs a Lila and I'm glad Dawson's has her.

The best chicken salad ever!!!! They have a hot bar and a salad bar everything look fresh and clean. They have a variety of things so lots of good stuff!! The store in general looks great and prices are decent. Come by on Wednesday when they hold the farmers market outside with different vendors and they have the most amazing grill!!! You can bring the kids get those delicious grilled turkey hot dogs and their grill prices are so convenient!

Solid grocery store with many options for high quality ingredients and take out hot food. Their salad bar has plenty of options to customize you prefer meal.

Before my office went virtual, I was a regular shopper at Dawson's and always enjoyed the salad bar. I recently discovered that Dawson's not only has curbside pickup but also free delivery for a minimum order.

We ordered a grocery delivery this week and received lots of great fresh produce (without excess packaging) and other essentials on our doorstep. Another added benefit for residents of Montgomery County who would rather not make a separate trip to the liquor store: Dawsons delivers beer + wine! Highly recommend.

Nowadays Dawson’s is my go to grocery store. The prices are better than whole foods, lots of local fruits and vegetables, it’s quiet and clean. I feel so much comfortable shopping there.
Today, Lila and Vilma went above and beyond. They gave us a Halloween scavenger hunt sheet and my kids went through every aisle looking for the bats, owls, etc, while I shopped in peace!
At the end they came to us and gave us a treat. I rarely take the kids out with me grocery shopping now but I had to take them today and this really made our day.
Highly recommended it.

Parking around Dawson's may feel a little cramped. Shopping there is not.
For me, it is a good place to shop Organic.

The young lady at the makeshift table was quick to help when I asked for her assistance.
