If there was a 10 star option I’d give it. Both my girls had piercings (ears and nose) with Rachel this week and each experience was beyond amazing . She walked them through the whole process step by step and made sure they were comfortable with everything . They can’t stop raving about her! Her vibe and the way she treats her clients make you feel like you’ve known her forever. Highly recommend!

Rachel is the best! Had my nose piercing changed out this evening. Just as nice, friendly, and professional as she was when she did it a few months ago. I will definitely be using Eden for my next tattoo. They both have such a great vibe/ aura about them.

After having covid in 2020, my immune system and body haven't been the same. Eden was so kind and professional, she was thorough and answered all of my questions. The building was clean and the overall energy was just light and positive.

Olive (pretty sure she's the receptionist) was just as great as Eden; she was professional and happy, and she helped me move my appointment up by a day to accommodate my needs.

I really feel like I got my confidence back just in the course of a two & a half hour session, and the brows look SO natural!

Went for my first ever tattoo and was greeted with the most professional, kind, patient artist! I was unsure of placement and Eden was amazing at talking me through what was perfect for me! Highly recommend! They also have a multitude of services! Will definitely be back!!

I got my lobes re-pierced with Rachael B a few months ago! They were closed up from a botched job from Claire’s from 15+ years ago and I was TERRIFIED to get them pierced again. Rachael was so accommodating and understanding of this! From the moment I arrived at SBBC, she put my mind at ease. She walked me through the steps beforehand and then she marked the placement for the studs. After making sure I was happy with placement, she proceeded with the piercing. She communicated what she was about to do and what I should expect to feel. It was such an incredibly relaxing and fun experience to get my ears pierced. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. You will not find another person as genuine and kind as Rachael. She truly truly cares about her clients and makes you and your happiness top priority. If you’re looking for someone to give you some new bling, book with Rachael…you will not regret it! She will put you first and foremost!

My daughter (3.5) has been wanting her ear pierced for a long time now. As a parent I was worry some because as much as I talked to her about how she would it would happen, she didn’t fully get it. So I called splendid beauty and spoke to Olive about scheduling a future appt. Luckily a spot opened up last minute. I decided to do it last night. Olive explained everything throughly to me and answered all my questions. When my daughter got home I told her where we were going. She was so excited in the car ride. Once getting there that’s where we met Ms. Rachel and Rain (her pup). I can tell from first meeting her she was a delight! We brought my daughter back and Ms. Rachel explained everything to my daughter (how a 3.5 year old would understand). Every instrument and every move was explained perfectly. She only pierced when my daughter was ready. She said she was ready and the first ear was done. After calming down she was ready for her second. We did the second ear and she handled it ok! After everything Ms. Rachel explained the healing process and was so patient with explaining while my daughter was ready to leave.

I can not thank her enough for how she handled this! Ms. Rachel if you see this thank you for everything and you are truly wonderful with piercing ears.

Eden did a bold combination brow on me recently and my experience at her salon was amazing. She is incredibly talented, made me feel very comfortable with the procedure, and explained everything very thoroughly. They have made many accommodations due to the pandemic and have precautions in place to make their clients feel safe and comfortable. I have always gotten superb customer service and lash services here. Everyone that Eden hires is a professional!! My youngest daughter recently had her lashes lifted and tinted by Amber. They turned out beautifully. My oldest daughter had her nose double pierced by Rachel. It looks great and she has had no problem with it healing. I would recommend Splendid Beauty to all.

This is a great place for beauty services. The place is quiet, clean, and smells like mint. Which is so relaxing, and exactly what I want when I go to a salon. Christine has done all of my services and she is great. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have had 2 chemical peels with her and they were great. My skin is so radiant and smooth. I can't wait to try some more services.

Wow! Best experience of my life! Catherine Fouts is a wizard! She did a brow lamination on me and made my sparse eyebrows look amazing!!! I'm 65 and I am so thankful for her attention to detail, her patience, and her skill set. If you're looking for a great experience, I highly recommend her! You won't be disappointed!!!

Catherine was absolutely amazing. Without her expertise and in depth knowledge there is no way I would have been able to do my special event makeup for Halloween. Her attention to detail was incredible. I must say I was afraid of liquid latex but she eased my worries and made myself and everyone else look way better and way more realistic than anything we could have imagined. It was truly an honor. Catherine did my brows and did an amazing job! I used to just go to the Asian salons near local grocery stores and decided to splurge a little and go to a real spa and I was not disappointed! Very professional and the atmosphere was top notch. Highly recommend booking with her!

Recently made an appointment with Amber for an eyebrow lamination. She did an amazing job and I am so happy with the results. She explained the process and what to expect at the start of the appointment. Amber made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience, which only took 30 minutes. Now that my eyebrows are perfectly tamed and set, it's one less step to getting ready each day and I love it!!!

Rachael B was the best! She was so patient and thoroughly explained all the ways we could go with my stack of ear piercings. She even suggested something I didn’t know was possible and now I love the way my stacked lobe piercings look! 🥰 thanks Rach!!
