Great Clips

If you're looking for a quick in and out haircut, Great Clips is good choice. This location actually has some tenured stylists, so find one you like and use the same one every time. Tip: It can get busy here at times, so use the App to check in and save yourself a little time.

I love going here because I know they'll cut my hair as short as I like it on the sides. A lot of places doubt that I could 'actually want' a 2 or 3 on the sides, but they never question me here! I do have SOME things of note.

As with any hair establishment, you need to be aware of your own hair and it's requirements. Yes, they are the "professionals", but for those of us with bordering on curly all the way through to kinky hair, you need to be self aware and know that the hairdresser you have may not be trained for your hair type. It always benefits to ask. I'm lucky enough to have a curl type that will behave with a "typical" round of short layers at this length, but if you're looking for something specific PLEASE DO RESEARCH AND GO TO A SPECIALIST. When my hair starts growing out properly, I already know at around medium length I'll have to seek a specialist and only come here for my sides to be shaved up when needed between trims.

I do not think that they're set up to do any sort of box braids or close braiding here. (but there is at least one braiding salon on mainstreet in downtown Monroe that I've heard very good things about!)

If your hair is straight or wavy, you should have no issue! I've never had an unfriendly stylist and I never have to wait too long either. It goes REALLY quickly if you check in on the app before you leave your house! If your hair has loose curls, I'd think you can work with getting hair cuts here til at least about chin/shoulder length. After that I really suggest getting a specialist because while they may have training to do curly hair here, you REALLY want someone who does curls all the time to help you with your hair to keep it as bouncy and curly as possible!

Five stars because for a chain hairstylist they are really amazing, accommodating, well priced, and don't try to police your choices!

This location still does an outstanding job! The staff is great! Everyone is so friendly! Jennifer always does a wonderful job and she outdid herself this time as well! This is my go-to salon for a haircut and I'm never disappointed.

I was really pushed for time that day and really needed a haircut. After a meeting in Monroe, I checked the app and waiting time was 13 minutes. I signed in and drove the 10 minutes back to Loganville, went into your shop. Jennifer had me in the chair within five minutes and haircut was completed very quickly. Jennifer, the manager, is a huge asset to your company.

We did an online check-in and waited in the car. The first available appointment time was over an hour, so that was not ideal, but they took my daughter after only a 10 minute wait inside once we’d reached our appointment time so that was not bad. It was a lot more comfortable waiting in the car than inside. You could tell they were busy.
The lady who cut my daughter’s hair was very sweet and patient. Her haircut turned out nice, exactly what she asked for. So overall a good experience and I’ll be bringing her back.

Second time at this location, different Stylists both times and I was more than satisfied each time. I would definitely suggest checking in online because it can get BUSY very quick on any given day! Both times I had a GREAT experience, GREAT customer service and a GREAT haircut as well. I will DEFINITELY be back, DEFINITELY check in online to avoid any wait and can DEFINITELY say this is a GREAT location for a quick, professional cut.

This place is located in Kroger parking lot so there's plenty of parking. A clean and friendly place. I like the online check in that they have.

Got there, needed a haircut. Walked in I was guided straight to a chair. Very nice woman cut my hair. In and out less than 30 minutes with a great haircut. I was very satisfied, I tipped well. As always I reward well when it's deserved. I will return and I hope to have my haircut by her again. Great Clips is lucky to have her. it's shameful I don't know her name.

All 3 of my kiddos, 9 yo boy, 6 yo boy, and 4 yo girl got their hair cut here recently. They did a great job and were super friendly and made my kids feel comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Mrs. Kimberly cut my hair this evening. She did a great job and really paid attention to detail. She gave me advice on my hair cut and I went with it. In the end I felt I left with a better hair cut than I normally get. Overall it was a really good experience. I will ask for her next time I come. I guess you could say she retained a customer.

I was a walk in customer around lunch time on a Friday. The wait was not long. My hair sytlist was Valerie. She did a wonderful job and is very polite. She asked you how you want your hair cut and did exactly what you said. She made sure you were satisfied before paying. They also offer military discount.
