SOLDIERFIT of Bethesda

This is the only gym where I feel motivated to workout in regularly. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Equinox is always kept extremely clean and tidy. They offer a variety of classes so working out is never boring. The lighting, music, freshly laundered towels, steam room, and pool make it a pleasure to visit every day. It’s my home away from home.

I had a trial class and loved it! I love everything about this type of workout. The reason I didn’t sign up was that you are requested to wear their clothes. I have tons of work out clothes already. I wish they could be more flexible about clothes. They definitely lose out some clients because of that. A few workout buddies from my previous gym all decided not to sign up because of the clothes requirement.

Best workouts ever! I have been going to Soldierfit Bethesda the location opened in September 2019. 10 minutes into the workout I knew that was what my body needed! The workouts are intense but you can go at your own pace, instructors are attentive and encouraging. I am more tone and stronger than I was before. Even in the pandemic, the place is extra clean and everyone is spaced out.

Have been a member about a month and it's been great! The instructors are really nice and have helped me with my form and are excellent motivators. The in body scans are really useful to see your progress! All safety protocols are followed and equipment is always being sprayed down :)

Soldierfit is great! I started working out here 1 year ago and enjoyed the people and company so much that I became a group fitness instructor. It's a fantastic atmosphere with excellent workouts. The comradery and versatility makes this gym something special. Give it a try!

Love the instructors (Nick and Pricilla) at Bethesda, and the variety of workouts I get without having to think about what to do next. Keeps it fresh and fun. Always looking to have a good time when working out in Bethesda.

Awesome staff and killer workout. I've been boxing for over 4 years and joined Soldier Fit to mix it up a bit with some hiit and lifting. These guys will pull the best out of you but also make sure you are taking breaks and staying safe.

I had my intro class recently. It was a rough work out and I felt like jelly towards the end, but it kept me going at the same time. It was pretty much very intense circuit training which I love. But I'm so out of shape that it was rooouuugghh. But felt great!

Everyone was super friendly and youre paired up into squads for each station. So you get to stick with your group and go through it all with them. The best part was that the excercises were very diverse so it worked your whole body. I really enjoyed it and signed up for a member ship.

It does have a little bit of cheese factor with whole army persona at first. But ya know, they definitely know what theyre doing with their workouts. And its owned by vets so that kind of reduced the gimmicky factor for me and it felt more like a comradery atmosphere by the time you make it through the class. Which is one thing I've definitely missed since getting out of the air force.

Give it a try if you haven't. The first class is free and I dont think you'll have any regrets!

When I walked in to the gym off the streets of Bethesda, I was feeling somewhat groggy and lethargic for my 4 pm boot camp training...after the hour plus program, I had met a training regiment that had my edorphines flying high calling out ‘yes this program, it works great.
It will be remembered for its benefits...displaying many bonuses for me and hopefully for the community of soliderfit members that participate during a week
Don’t be intimidated by the militaristic style, the attitude of the Gun-Ho Drill Sgts. who run this program, they as the community seem to be very accepting and open-minded to people joining up and participating and giving their all and giving their support ‘to be more’ and ‘better’ and ‘ serve’...but most important, soliderfit is invested in the ‘well-being’ and ‘benefits’ of their fitness program. So invest. Thanks for a great workout.

Everyone there is extremely friendly and motivating. The instructors are funny and give some of the best workouts. Love it!

Great workouts- I had some difficulty in cancelling my membership at first but the team resolved it in a timely manner. Definitely worth trying!
