i came here today for a pick up order and the guy who was working many areas of the front-end of the store today was very urgent to help guests. he had a great attitude and welcoming energy. he helped at pick-up and when i was leaving the store he opened up the self check-outs that were blocked off from the long lines forming at the 3 occupied registers. he stood out from every other staff from his urgency, his energy and his eagerness to help. i truly appreciate him so much, i don’t know his name but he has hair styled in a beautiful high-top fade

Calvin at guest services has great customer service skills. He is polite and well trained. Everyone should learn from him. If upper management hasn’t thought about promoting/giving him a raise, now is a time to consider it. You don’t find dedicated employees like him often.

They've done a lot of remodeling in this store to make it look much nicer than before. As with every Target the staff is very friendly and helpful in the store. They rely on self checkout as they do not staff enough cashiers which is too bad since the cashiers usually can do the job much faster than a person at a self check out. I also like that this has plenty of parking. I find it easiest to go to the 3rd floor of the garage which gives you easy access to the top level of the store.

Good customer service, painless returns.
The only thing I would improve is the clarity of offers when buying online. Many times there is an incentive, e.g, $5 if you buy x a,Lunt of certain products, but when added to the cart the offer does not work.

Great experience at the Rockville, MD Target location on a Saturday night during the holiday season. I was able to easily and quickly pick up an online order (70 in tv) and had help from an associate load this in my truck. Great experience especially when I was expecting this to be a nightmare

Nice store. I went to buy casual shoes for housework and ended up getting way more than I should have bought. As usual. The shoes are exactly what I wanted, I got some nice shirts, too, and a couple holiday items. The employees are super nice.

The friendliest employees I’ve encountered at a crowded store during the holiday season. As a person with a physical disability I especially appreciated the multiple offers to help and responsiveness to my requests for assistance.

Parking ramp attached. Two level store. Park on p3 a lot closer to door and enter straight in on the second floor. Very clean store and well stocked. Clean bathrooms. Great customer service, they were able to price match a roku I was looking at. Friendly staff.

I’ve been enjoyed shopping in Target since 1990! The company has SO MANY PRODUCTS I’ve never seen before for prices that are low enough NOT to regret spending the money on new things!! LOVE IT!!

Great place it has two levels on the first floor you have groceries and cleaning items as well as clothes and jewelry makeup and when's Pharmacy the store also has Starbucks and then the Upper Floor you have toys and cooking Ware as well as men's and kids clothes and baby stuff prices on a regular they're not pricey but not cheap as well but the positive thing I have to say is that you can return anything you bought without any hassles so you don't have to worry about buying the wrong size or someone returning a present you bought them

Store manager Charlie is amazing! Very helpful, knowledgable, responsible, and hardworking young man!

Now the parking lot well trash everywhere, this item has been there for the past 3 weeks so that tells me that they don’t clean the parking lot. I give it 2 1/2 stars for cleaned parking lot.

There is plenty of parking space and spacious.

Overall since I shop inside not outside I love this Target.

Standard target, cinvenient location, good parking, near many other useful stores. Upstairs parking good, first floor can be tricky to navigate depending on who is leaving/enetering at a given moment.

I was very impressed by the associate that took care of my order, she was very nice and outgoing and smiled most of the time she took care of me. I love to see someone that cares and love what they are doing.

It's your average Target, with free parking and 2 floors. I go here to purchase my pickles because they're the only ones that use tumeric to stabilize the brine and prevent the formation of toxic aldehydes.

They had SO MUCH STUFF! Definitely something for everyone. The prices aren't as low as they once were, but that's everywhere. The quality hasn't seemed to drop either. They just don't do some of the deals they used to.

Rockville Target is fantastic. Always well stocked and clean. I often travel past the Wheaton store to go to Rockville because it's so much better.

Always easy to find with the app as it tells you the aisle locator so you don’t have to flag down an employee.
