Town Square Garage (Garage 61)

At least seven floors of parking available. Sunday is free. They have some EV charging spots available for 4 hour time slots while charging only. Elevators available and level 2 is street level. They have self pay kiosks available and you pay before you leave the parking structure.

Great garge, I was in a truck so I'm always afraid of the hight. The higher limit is fine for tall vehicle and I'm not sure of the cost because when I was there on a Thursday night it was free.

Let's get somethings clear:

-There is an abundant amount of parking spaces. Unless there is an event going on, which you should avoid dtss to begin with, don't be pressed to park on the first 2 levels. There are 6-7 levels total, stop being lazy.
-Parking is free after 7pm but the gates do not open till 9pm. Do not be alarmed. If you put your ticket in the machine (if you entered the garage AFTER 7pm), it will charge you 0.00. If you wait till 9pm, it's free! No matter what time you entered the garage. *Make sure you always put your ticket in the machine before you leave (unless you leave after 9), even if it's going to be free. You don't want to turn around or hold people up. Don't be that jackass.
-The price to park is relatively cheap at a dollar per hour. Considering dtss is a metro stop and growing metropolitan area, that is amazing.

After 5 years of living out of MD and coming back, I'm glad the parking garage system has not changed. This place truly deserves 5 stars. I hope they keep things the same for years to come.

This is my favorite garage downtown. Don't let the number of spaces sign fool you. There are always at least ten spaces open when it says it's full.

Easy to locate and use. Perfect location to shops and eateries within the mall and outside. Parking isn't overly expensive.

Easily found parking on the first floor at 7:45 every day for a week.
